Easy to use platform with great navigation!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the platform is very easy to use and navigate to learnings. Many other platforms are clunky or slow but this feels well built.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I haven't run in to any issues and have been able to get it to load on several browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is a great way to learn about the latest offerings from my company and find new tools to increase sales. I like the faster playback speed options for video which allow me to finish trainings in record time while still absorbing information.
Easy to digest & follow, helpful for on demand learning
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge checks, ability to stop the course and return down the line. The videos and testimonials from folks internally. These resonate with me more than reading, sometimes when I have to read a long segment without a video I feel myself losing engagement. I also appreciate how there are resources that are embedded within the courses that we can save for later and revisit. Oftentimes it's hard to learn new tactics or policies without putting them into practice first, so it's helpful that MindTickle allows us to take away something that we can leverage once the topics become relevant to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see what is all assigned to me and keep track of due dates etc. I feel like I get a lot of emails from MindTickle about courses that I need to complete but then find it difficult to actually identify where all of those courses live on the platform. It would also be interesting if there was some sort of collaboration or accountability on the platform. Once again, I get all these emails but then sometimes wonder if I actually completed the course I was supposed to or not -- in part due to my confusion with the organization but also because there's a lack of follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning sales, learning company culture, etc. Learned new policies and keeping track of change at LinkedIn, for example if we have a new model for how to sell or need to learn about a product feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that the folks assigning these courses are monitoring completion and you should see high success.
Great learning tool for fast-growing startups
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other learning tools I have used at prior companies this has had the best UX/UI. The scoring system on the side of the screen gives you good insight into where you stand against your peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every few trainings my certification does not capture and requires manual intervention to mark a training as fully completed to receive certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have internal training materials as well as third party training materials and this has allowed for us to put them all in one location. We expect hyper-growth and know this tool will helps us during that growth.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of operating, moving from lesson to lesson.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing the scores of coworkers; not seeing which answers were incorrect.

It's a great way to train a large group of people at the same time, along with ease of use.

In ipad not apper mindtickle app horizontally whenever I drop down the customise setting from top to bottom

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use to keep track of my learning and coaching process at LinkedIn, to keep up with the learning moments and certifications I have to do for my current role. The quizzes and assessments are very easy to take, and you will be sure that you will not be left behind in your learning process!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con that I can see is that sometimes I am enrolled in courses that are not strictly related to my current job and I cannot handle those, ie. getting rid of the course that is not mandatory for me or have other courses suggested instead.

Mindtickle helps me stay on top of my sales readiness and sales enablement learning process here at LinkedIn and so far I have benefitted from all the learning moments and courses I have taken, starting from my onboarding it has made the learning lighter through all my tenure here at LinkedIn.

Lack of notifications, I would have preferred notifications to important items in comparison to peers

The easy interaction with the end user, no difficult instructions... Keep it clear

Nothing so far... Very good place to find large collection of online courses.

As for solving problems, I was able to share some of the trainings done with MindTickle, ; Benefits? We are now able to share inshights as a Team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, clear videos, and great audio. Great tracking for course completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Mindtickle. It is user friendly and does what I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our learning platform. It allows us to track course completion, upload content into specific learning paths, and upload custom content. This saves time and money.

Highly Recommend Using this platform. It has exceeded my expectations.
