Pretty good aspect of training. Simple, Quick and it works!

Easy to use, the programs are customizable when you run into an issue.

I love the ability to create specific modules for teams to review relevant data coming out and even the ability to ask questions to make sure they were paying attention.

There isn't anything I dislike about the tool.

Solving the ability for marketing to share upcoming feature enhancements and better communications with sales folks.

Sometimes it is hard to navigate and I wish it was more easily customizable in our own portal view.

I have been able to learn about other products and teams that I wouldn't necessarily need or have to but it has made me a more well-rounded employee.

Definitely a great place to keep info all in one spot!

The fact that they are shorter videos that you can watch from one screen and then you go into the app to take the test- much cleaner look

I wish there was more of a check off look so I knew what all I needed to do and I wasn't missng anything

I like that I can always go back and watch the sections when needed

The reporting feature is good. I can run reports for my team and the UI is intuitive.

Creating groups can be a bit better in mindtickle

We use Mindtickle as a learning/training platform in our organization. I can assign courses pretty easily to my team.

Make sure you have a plan and vision for your staff and set expectations with respect to results. My firm has learned that this is imperative to improve participation and results.
