Extremely user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and self-explanatory platform. Adoption rate for this is too high and engagement will never be a challenge in this.

Sometimes it hangs and the answers get skipped

Sales Enablement tool for our organization. It keeps us updated with quarterly product updates

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle offers its users a contempory user interface. It provides features to access it from mobile devices and PCs alike, thereby keeping users hooked on to it. Gamification of learning is a feature which helps keeping users engaged, thereby making learning a two street. Add to that introduction of novel concepts such as badges, missions and screenshots which users can share on platforms such as LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
MindTickle offers a limited set of features which can be easily built or integrated in any LMS. A shrewd organization can build its own CMS based MindTickle type platform at a fraction of licensing cost. The customer success organization fares poorly as well especially the leadership. MindTickle can improve by offering a more proactive customer success organization than its current one. MindTickle should ramp up on its vision and offer more off the shelf solutions - something which it hasnt done till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using MindTickle as an inventory for sales related content. Through MindTickle, I have ensured that I have all sales related material available easily for access. MindTickle has helped keeping the sales teams engaged in learning and development - something which was difficult with legacy LMS. It has offered smooth integrations with the organizations existing learning and development infrastructure seamlessly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an LMS on steroids, ticks the right boxes as a content delivery platform for organization and compliance mandated trainings. You can use it if the licensing terms are favourable. MindTickle will definitely be a worthy addition to your learning and development organization

Makes Learning Easy
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle puts all the learning in one place, makes it easy to consume new content, does a good job of tracking progress so you can pick up where you left off. As someone new who comes into a company, having that single source of training is ideal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that really stands out, I don't find myself complaining about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem I am solving is enablement, being able to come into a new organization and quickly be able to get up to speed on the required things I need to become productive. The benefit of that is I become audible ready faster and I don't waste time going thru multiple platforms looking for knowledge.

The ability to customize content and use different methods to reinforce learning.

The UI for the surveys and quizzes sometimes are not very intuitive to navigate.

Training across a number of domains and done in a centralized manner that is easy to track.

Very interactive and intuitive, I like the way the content is presented.

Sometimes is harder to know what courses are incomplete

Product training, elevator pitch, personas based on each product has been the most beneficial part.

Complete your training as soon as possible and come back for any needed reinforcement

Sharing company standard knowledge and skills thru MindTickle training.
It is featured with nice info graphic view which is very interesting to me.

nice graphical representation of the topic with background music, new way of learning by rewarding score for a topic we read and then participating on related quiz on topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
find nothing to dislike, still, same question repeating after few days which i dislike, but it is a part of learning, so nothing to dislike at all.

learning new subject or ideas, sometimes it is difficult to engaging mass in the learning process, Mind tickle works on it and helping to engage all in learning process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i find it user friendly, fun in learning, motivate people towards learning through gamification process. Hope you can go for a demo session, if mind tickle permit and experience yourself, then take decision.

I like that I can have full control over our sales projections

So far everything seems to have an advantage, we have not run into the disadvantages yet.
