What do you like best about the product?
I have found all the coaching materials required for day to day work are very placed at one place.
Complete information on all the products which are owned by the company.
Tasks assigned in each task helps us to assess the understanding gained during that particular session.
The final Assignment is where we get to know how completely I understood the product.
Documentation after the video lessons is much helpful.
Search for the required content allows us to narrow down to exact content.
Leaderboard to see how I am doing with my other counterparts.
Badges after completions are vert encouraging.

Sales Enablement done right!
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a smart sales enablement tool. If used wisely and effectively, it gives you right performance metrics of your sales team. It helps you to calibrate merit quantitatively and link sales performance to actual knowledge of the sales team. If used prudently, Mindtickle can become your every-day goto sales assistant as its API is quite user friendly and it can be integrated with a number of internal applications as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only glitch of the tool is the knowledge scores increase rapidly even after anyone just scrolls through the reading materials. There should be an intelligent way to make people go through the material actually rather than just scroll through and add scores.
The tool can be made more intelligent to create a series of assessments and certifications automatically.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, we use it as a knowledge sharing platform for our sales team as well as dealers. Certification programmes can also be executed on this portal.

ability to add different content type and media. I also like the fact that you can evaluate the learning success. Also, as a manager, it is great to be able to review progress of your team and match performance vs sales achievement. I like the video recording feature as you can see how the team understood the training and pt it in practice.

We should have analysis on time, usage, to understand the effectiveness of the content created. If the content is too long, ... a bit boring, then it can reflect badly on the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
There are lot pieces of training that need to be completed in mind tickle in my organization, some of the documents or some videos to be completed after successful completion will get a certificate. this is good for learning and developing a platform for all the employees that need to take part while joining with my Inmobie Group companies

Need to login and again once the net is interrupted , so this is really irritatating and sometime hectic as well , only this is con which i diont like personally other wise it is awesome product , which i want to use use daily for leariong my officialk development with the company

I started using this mindtickle with my company induction, then Anti harassment laws and also different software for HRMS leave schedule, Privacy training within organisations, which is benefits to the employee and every organisation so that they were placed incorrect position and also learnt culture of the organisation, it is really benefited for me to complete all the surveys feedbacks forms new software applications that is launched , we need to take part of all training,Thus organisations and employees trust and win-win situation for employees and mangement benefits

The user experience not that much great when compared to other l&d tools , so please focus on the user point of view while doing any changes , this makes that everyone consider the Mindticle this my suggestion

some modules are not explanatory enough, the interface can be definitely made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i've solved over 50 modules with quizzes and videos regarding digital marketing specifically, and some of the top people to complete the multiple numbers of modules and it was a basic necessity in the onboarding process.

Mindtickle was definitely a great experience with the onboarding into the digital marketing community, starting with the basics, video interaction and certification.

There isn't much I dislike. Occasionally when logging in through chrome, it takes me to an error page but its uncommon.
