Amazing way of staying up to date
What do you like best about the product?
It is very clear and easy to navigate. Magnificent way of making sure knowledge is well spread. The variety of topics I can learn about. The easy way I can access all the knowledge from anywhere in the world. The pace of the trainings. The comfortability of pausing and resuming where I left off. All in all, I think it is a wonderful tool that any big or small company should include in their business structure to ensure information is well spread within. Having well trained employee base is key to success. It is the employees that will then have the power to spread all the wisdom achieved to clients and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of using Mind Tickle. It is a very helpful platform. It can be used at all company levels and departments and tailored to each segment. If I were to say anything that could be improved I would say that I would like a brief introduction / training about the platform. I always feel like I am not making the most out of it and that I could use it in a much more efficient way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my need of being aware of all the novelties happening in my field. The benefits are endless. I am able to feel more confident regarding my companys wide portfolio. I am also able to spread what I learn to my partners, clients, teammates...

Easy to use & easier to track learning & Development
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is extremely easy to navigate, see required trainings, and as a manager, it's even simpler to pull completion and scores of your team. This makes it simple to reinforce development with teams. I also love the features that allows you to track your completion throughout the training, especially for time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate if you have too many trainings, but this has more to do with how companies set up the required learnings/assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training & Development is what we're solving with Mindtickle - mission critical to help our teams get up to speed on critical product updates, and much more.

I mostly dislike the time limit provided to submit the assignments are very short.

Problems related to schemes provided and other business related problems, solving that helps me to know my position regarding knowledge and how much more I need to inprove myself.

I think it's perfect for use as a knowledge base and training platform, it's very easy to use, nice interface, and very good user experience for my opinion

Great training platform
What do you like best about the product?
Clean design for the web, can get to content easily and keep track of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app could be better, and overall there could be a visual training - path to show you the steps you are required to go through to achieve a certain Badge/Certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company wide training, much easier and better than our last platform.
MindTickle has been very useful for me on doing courses online as well as onboarding.

What I like best is the user friendly application and information on courses which are mandatory or optional

So far I have not encountered problems or downsides

easy flow. categorizes information in modules. allows you to track your progess

unable to maximize some presentations within view without having to put browser in full screen view
