Odd name, great toolset
What do you like best about the product?
As an end-user I'm not familiar with how courses get created, but I do get to see the super-professional course content my company pushes out. Each quarter, we prescribe a quarterly enablement plan by persona so that every teammate across the org gets the enablement they need. The team has plenty of time to complete the courses and get reminded about their outstanding courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the navigation to be confusing. I've been assigned to take courses with no context. After their expiry passes, it's unclear, etc. I can't say for certain this isn't a configuration issue on our end, but it is a lot to absorb visually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the consistent approach to enablement MindTickle provides. Each persona gets exactly what they need, on time!
Informative, concise, actionable
What do you like best about the product?
The overview set the stage perfectly. The real use case podcast was insightful, although I wanted to learn more about how/what Organizational Change was implemented. The cheat sheets are all excellent and I use them regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simulations need a lot more improvement, although were still fun to watch

By listening to the use cases, and the role play conversations, I have been able to work successfully with my client to win new workloads. MindTickle courses have allowed me to form better questions to ask the client

Not much to dislike about mindtickle in my opinion.

The best tool for self-learning
What do you like best about the product?
The platform centralizes the training regarding all solutions and topics Reps needs to be more confident and expert in LinkedIn solutions. From the technical perspective, Mindtickle is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the courses related with soft sill could be available also in Minstickle, with an integration with LinkedIn Learning, as an unique source of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-learning, which allows me to be more prepared and confident to improve my self and reach colleagues to solve doubts when I already have a solid knowledge basis, saving time, from me and my partners.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ability to compare scores with peers. Since we use this for training purposes, it's a handy way to keep a group on track together. Beyond that, the highly modular architecture makes it very easier to direct users to exactly the material they need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic formatting for the website could be smarter. For example, the lack of text wrapping in some cases can make navigation more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle for basic snowflake training. The shared credentialing makes it super easy to get people into the modules and finding their own way. Overall, it's helped our whole team improve their knowledge of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You're going to want to have all your training in one place. MindTickle can support technical training just as easily as sales and it's good idea to have them in the same place to maximize cross-training.

It can be a challenge to create new training w/o prior training

Engaging resource for corporate training
What do you like best about the product?
East of use and point progression. I like that it's simple to login in and start making progress through your training course. It isn't slow or buggy, just easy. I also like the user interface and the point progression; you clearly know how much you have left in the course.

There isn't anything that stands out that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my company I've needed to take several product trainings; either initial trainings or information about product updates. MindTickle is great because it's self-paced.
