Simple and responsive interface, which makes it a good experience

It's a great learning experience for employees through MindTickle, we get product knowledge and also get quizzed on it
Very handy for training sales teams and providing fast, efficient ways for them to ramp up.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly create and use the product. It is easy to create quizzes using mindtickle and send it to teams as well as view completion rates. Great tool for sales enablement. Our sales readiness teams use it very often to provide trainings for Sales Operations and Sales leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably, we should have an offline mode too for mindtickle so that it can be operated without internet connection.

Useful for offsites and trainings

Quizzes are quite easy to create and trainings/sales readiness becomes effecient with mindtickle.

MindTickle is a convenient way to scale company trainings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that MindTickle is very easy to use. Some UI's are very confusing and do not make it easy for the user to access information. When I complete my MindTickle training I can be confident that the information is going to save and that I am going to get credit for the work that I have done. I also appreciate the fact that MindTickle offers small affirmations when you complete each sections. While the points don't mean anything I love to see my numbers increase while I am completing the training. I also like the fact that you can see how much you've completed vs. how much you have left. Nothing is worse that not knowing when you are going to be finished with training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things that I can say I dislike about MindTickle. The UI is easy to navigate and the platform rarely has any glitches. It would be nice to have a small store that could allow you to purchase things with the points that you accumulate from completing trainings. For example, company swag like key chains, pens, pencils, notebooks, shirts and other things. I'm sure companies would invest in that if it means that more employees would take trainings seriously. Ensuring that you have a skilled and engaged workforce will drive revenue and help with employee engagement. Who doesn't like free swag!?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle has really helped me with my onboarding. I was extremely new to sales and it provided in depth information into the business and allowed me to access the information at my own pace. The onboarding was seamless and like I mentioned earlier, really let you learn at your own pace.I also liked the fact the it allowed me to see how many slides I had left until I completed the training modules. Nothing is worse that not knowing when you are going to be finished. Some of the additional benefits of MindTickle include, its ability to allow companies to highlight insights, customer success and use cases in a compelling story driven asset. I know that MindTickle ensure that the entire workforce is engaged and learning, in return driving revenue for the company.

I reccomend MindTickle if you'd like to scale your company training.
Best tool i ever used to drive my team enablement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of the tool. That's very easy and convenient to search and find a course. From a manager perspective, i really appreciate the consolidated view of my team and the Heatmap to get an overview of progression in a click. Last but not least, i really appreciate the feature of recording, it gives flexibility to my team to record a pitch whenever they want and me i can review and rate it anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see any limitation or useless feature as of today
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplify the access to the knowledge.It includes all the features including gamification to make it easy and interesting. The main benefits is the flexibility. My team is a sales team with no standard journey so it's always difficult to block a defined slot in calendar. With Mindtickle, each team member drives his self development the way he wants according to his agenda and constraint. My biggest benefits is the overview it gives to me regarding the development and progression of my team.

tracking and ease of use. Feedback loops are essential to the success of amazon. Amazon is built on education and feedback loops. Getting feedback from surveys and providing educational courses on aws. Mind Tickle provides engaging ways for us to learn more.

I haven't experienced any downside of mind tickle. Love it compared to other programs my previous companies used

It's an easy to use tool , very agile & helps us deploy trainings to the team in a very short amount of time. It ensures we are able to measure the success of trainings to the wider audience & helps us measure how effective this course has been, very easy to use interface & love new mobile GUI

Having to shift between sharepoint & mindtickle while on SSO is very concerning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team training & we have realized that engaging courses are the best responded to.

Having used so many training and information sharing tools its easy to get jaded on them since they're all obviously not created equal. The advantage of MindTickle is that is just works so well and is easy to use whether in the home office or at the office. The formats for presentation are great and easy to use and customize. I would highly recommend the platform.

Nonthing. I think the natural progression of the tool has kept it current and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is the ease of use. I've not experienced any issues while taking training classes with the tool.
