Its a wonderful tool, to track the Learning progress, though require couple of more tweaks.

Learning is the main reason for mindtickle. I think the learning have been really wonderful and easy with MindTickle

What do you like best about the product?
For background, I am on the sales team for my company, and we use MindTickle as our primary mechanism for continuing product and sales enablement sessions. MindTickle's interface is easy to use and I've been impressed with the speed of upload of content. We use the platform for continuing sales enablement, and I appreciate that I get notifications in my email inbox about updates or newly assigned modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, as an end-user I've had nothing particularly bad about my user experience. I have never had a module fail to load or have issues with video or audio. It's a great platform for helping me stay current on enablement topics and integrates well into my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In tech, our product team is quickly moving to make improvements and roll out new features to our platform.
Our sales team needs to be regularly looped in to the most current information, however the documents and information needed to enable everyone on multiple teams to be on the same page is dispersed. MindTickle solves the problem of dispersed resources by putting everything into a centralized location, and it's further clarified by being organized into modules and scheduled regularly. It is a fantastic tool for me and my team to keep up to date in a remote world when it comes to the ever-changing landscape in my industry.

easy to create voice-over slideshow content
What do you dislike about the product?
when I do recording, sometimes it would lose frame, sometimes it would repeat some frames, either way, I had to listen to myself for every slide when I do recording and needed to do re-recording because of that bug. Also, the search function in MindTickle could be better. RIght now, it the search term is not exactly matching to the file title, it may not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing latest product updates and solution pitch to sales teams; Easy to reach large scale audience and high consumption rate

Love how simple it is to use and you can easily go back to where you left things in a training without having to restart. Very flexible!

I really dont have any downsides to the product.

I have realized many benefits such as learning my products in more depth and helped overcome issues understanding how these solutions work.

I love the amount of content on the site. If I ever need additional training, I just about always find it on here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site can be a little difficult to navigate. I've entered training before just to find it missing when I come back. I've always been able to find it, just have to fish a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the training I need is consolidated here. In the past, with other applications, I've had to go to multiple sites to find the training I'm looking for, but with MindTickle, it's all here.
As a HPE-employee, we use MindTickle for nearly all of our training.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I have had no availability issues. Availability was previously an issue if you were in a small location outside of the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about MindTickle. It works and it is always available ref. above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do our quarterly certification through MindTickle and it's nice that we stick to the same interface. Consistence and recognizability are vital.
