MindTickle elevates our ongoing training and enablement experience
What do you like best about the product?
For background, I am on the sales team for my company, and we use MindTickle as our primary mechanism for continuing product and sales enablement sessions. MindTickle's interface is easy to use and I've been impressed with the speed of upload of content. We use the platform for continuing sales enablement, and I appreciate that I get notifications in my email inbox about updates or newly assigned modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, as an end-user I've had nothing particularly bad about my user experience. I have never had a module fail to load or have issues with video or audio. It's a great platform for helping me stay current on enablement topics and integrates well into my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In tech, our product team is quickly moving to make improvements and roll out new features to our platform.
Our sales team needs to be regularly looped in to the most current information, however the documents and information needed to enable everyone on multiple teams to be on the same page is dispersed. MindTickle solves the problem of dispersed resources by putting everything into a centralized location, and it's further clarified by being organized into modules and scheduled regularly. It is a fantastic tool for me and my team to keep up to date in a remote world when it comes to the ever-changing landscape in my industry.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to create voice-over slideshow content
What do you dislike about the product?
when I do recording, sometimes it would lose frame, sometimes it would repeat some frames, either way, I had to listen to myself for every slide when I do recording and needed to do re-recording because of that bug. Also, the search function in MindTickle could be better. RIght now, it the search term is not exactly matching to the file title, it may not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing latest product updates and solution pitch to sales teams; Easy to reach large scale audience and high consumption rate

What do you like best about the product?
Love how simple it is to use and you can easily go back to where you left things in a training without having to restart. Very flexible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have any downsides to the product.

I have realized many benefits such as learning my products in more depth and helped overcome issues understanding how these solutions work.

I love the amount of content on the site. If I ever need additional training, I just about always find it on here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site can be a little difficult to navigate. I've entered training before just to find it missing when I come back. I've always been able to find it, just have to fish a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the training I need is consolidated here. In the past, with other applications, I've had to go to multiple sites to find the training I'm looking for, but with MindTickle, it's all here.
As a HPE-employee, we use MindTickle for nearly all of our training.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I have had no availability issues. Availability was previously an issue if you were in a small location outside of the US.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about MindTickle. It works and it is always available ref. above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do our quarterly certification through MindTickle and it's nice that we stick to the same interface. Consistence and recognizability are vital.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology used seems modern and is able to deliver the content in a way to keep you engaged. Also like being able to increase the speed of the presentation when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating to the correct section has been difficult for me. Could just be the way my company does things but there doesn't seem to be any order to the sections that are assigned to me. I'd also like the ability to sort by most recently assigned.

It's a modern technology your employees will enjoy using.
Snowflake Partner Webinars are the best and most useful for users.
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed explanation, the subscription feature and extremely well versed people delivering the lectures on MIndtickle. Subscription mode always keeps me updated on every new feature added to snowflake. Since I am in India the recordings really help me from never missing a webinar due to time differences.
Snowflake Best Practices was the most useful webinar.
All Partner webinars are in general very useful.
Snowflake's capabaility to isolate Staorage from Compute while scaling them up both horizontally and vertically is unique and awesome and can influence many customer choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Mindtickle as such but at times midtickle releases many documents together while at other occassions it has no new documents at all.
A little bit more detailed webinar recordings on stored procedures, interfacing with Python and coding aspects would really help for upskilling the technical team. I know they are available on Snowflake Documentation but those are very elaborative while the mindtickle webinars are short, precise and very focused.

First of all it helps me and my team to prepare for SnowPro certifications and helps us be most updated with all latest features of Snowflake.
Easier to present to the clients with focused points on "Why Snowflake"versus other Cloud platform owned proprietary databases.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please go through Snowflake University courses and then through each and every courses on partner webinars and more specifically the fundamentals courses. Mindtickle is a stack of information which has to be navigated in the right sequence and nevre forget to subscribe to courses to stay updated.
Selling Snowflake is so very easy with the presentation decks and knowledge base available in Mindtickle.

I liked the concise and to the point overview of snowflake - the way of representing is awesome which gives whole picture without wasting too much of time in unnecessary details .Also the questionnaire at the end helps in revising what we have learnt

Nothing much to dislike , additions of more questions maybe. The instructors also could use more diagrammatic way of representation for facts and figures . Questions in between of lectures would be a refreshing way of representation .

I am learning snowflake which I am very new to . This is an extremely useful platform for rendering sales and training to partners and users . It can be incorporated for various training modules in part or for imparting knowledge on a new technology for IT related companies.
