Good tool for continual education
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of courses available, the easy ability to take view on mobile. I wish there were a way to just play the audio so that i could use it more easily when traveling. I listen to a lot of these during my commute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The point system often seems arbitrary. Sometimes it takes a long time between when I submit an answer on a Quiz and when the tool responds. I continue to get emails saying I need to complete training that I have already completed. I don't like how you subscribe to courses. It is hard, especially on mobile, to find courses/filter through courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses it to ensure the sales group is up to date on the various services. We have to complete training in MindTickle each month.

This is a useful tool and the best tool for continuing sales enablement that I have used.

There is nothing that I have really disliked in the tool.

It was very common for me forgetting the trainings / modules that I must to complete.

It is a huge tool regarding to control and orchestrate your trainings.
It really makes difference in terms of discipline.
And helps me a lot in each new training that I have to complete.

Navigation controls can sometimes be wonky using browser back/forward button. Finding content can sometimes be difficult

I enjoy the ease of use and flexibility of completing training modules at my own pace on MindTickle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically follow links from emails for different training modules. It would be great if MindTickle had a custom landing page for my role within my organization and training available, mandatory, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to complete training for my role on my own time at my own pace which is very beneficial for someone who has an ever-changing schedule.
