Information management is complex in a big multinatinal, with several groups and oraganizational units creating content on their own and format. With Mind Tickle we have a unified experience for all that relevant content

Get used to all the options and UI as soon as possible to greater advantage

The learning environment is easy to navigate, which makes following the curriculum very easy.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great!

Great Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that our administrators choose the content, it's easy to understand and comprehend. I love that there are different options for each lesson. For example, the length can be anywhere from 30 seconds to two minutes up to half an hour or even a few hours. I also love that there can be a number of different people that create the lesson. It can be created by managers, consultants, peers, leaders, etc. Furthermore, the inner athlete (who is very competitive) inside of me, loves that we can see who has completed what and how many points they have. For example, I can see that Bobby Joe has completed more of the module than I have which encourages me to complete more myself. Another great benefit of mindtickle is that you are able to pause a lesson and come back to it. Many professionals have a hard time completing trainings all in one sitting and I am no different, nor is the rest of my company. So having a platform for training where I can pause it, close out, and come back in a few seconds, minutes, hours, or days, is really benefiical for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are't many things that I dislike about Mindtickle. I would have to say that the only thing would be that the platform could be made in to an app or at least more mobile-friendly if possible. I do understand that there are complications when making a platform that is so intricate app-friendly or mobile-friendly, though. These are the only problems or things that I dislike with Mindtickle that I have encountered so far. Suffice to say, that you are all doing a really good job and should keep up the good work. Our company has really benefited from using MindTickle in a plethora of ways, from sales training's, to managerial training's, to just staying up to date with one another and the company as a whole. There isn't very much to type here when writing about things we dislike.

I've realized the benefit of working with my entire company and learning from those that might be far away from me. We have solved the problem of a lack of cohesiveness across teams by rolling out and learning the same scripts and game plans. While we have realized a lot benefits, there aren't any negatives that outweigh these.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not have any recommendations for MindTickle at this time. There are't many things that I dislike about Mindtickle. Superb Knowledge Sharing Tool which ENABLED my professional experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's usefull assesements with .ppt / .pdf / videos are most usefull & which increases Knowledge bar time by time & helping me to brush up / refresh my knowledge in daily practise of my professional life
What do you dislike about the product?
In some task time limit is too shortened ,which will uncompleted task & Request that please kindly send regular reminder for such a tasks ( once daily reminder mails ) & very less reminder on specially such a short noticed tasks ( else reminders are regular -except such tasks )

Evreryday knowledge series of products,human anatomy, competitors indepth knowledge ,company's SOPs, activity & others important knowledge sharing /enhanser tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that it is interactive and easy to use you can go back and review the content if you need it as well. The mind tickle gives you badges like(expert/beginner) and shows you how much you have scored after you have done your learning. If your team members finish the module before yolu you also get the chance to see their scores which is an added motivation for me. I also like the fact that it integrates with my email and lets me know if I have courses waiting in the queue to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to get back to the course page because there is very little hyperlinks. We have lots of company related modules so it can get hard to find your way back to the same specific window
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more aligned as a team and organisation. We are learning and training each week with a confirmation of tests.And you can even interact with team at the right corner by leaving comments and give live feedback. I realised it is much easy to learn via mind tickle rather than for us to receive online trainings because you can always scroll back on a video but you cannot go back on a live training.

Tests are very interactive and also a fun way to learn. It provides customisation and it is very important for each company because everyone has a different work culture.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the material is very well planned, as it is very easy to navigate. The breakout of tasks between missions to submit and tasks to check a box is very helpful, and helps identify key training points of the material.
The design of the website is very clean and appealing to the eye. When utilizing a website for something important like training, it is important to be able to keep the attention of the person who is training. I believe that it attracts the eye, but does not distract either.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike, is that the training material is not modified to a specific role as cleanly as I thought it would be. There is some material in my training guide that pertains to a different division, and it would be cleaner if it was taken out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving pertain to how to execute my job, as I am new to the role. The material is all training material, but due to how it is laid out and how the tasks are broken out, I am realizing a certain process that will help me en route. The process for the role is very important, and MindTickle presents the material in a manner that helps me absorb it. All tasks from simple filling out a form to complex tasks like executing sales calls with senior level sales individuals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be if you are thinking about using MindTickle, do it.
Increase the sales progressions of the team and evaluation for the same.

Powerful "MindTickle" Application
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of “MindTickle” trainings, I always update myself to understand the technical knowledge of various products thoroughly as well as company’s new changes. I also attended onboarding training which helped me to understand the roles and responsibilities of my job and how I can add value into my ongoing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is sometime after completing the training, still it shows incomplete. so I have to refresh again and again.

It helps me in responding to the technical questions of various products like MX, SRX, SecIntel etc.

MindTickle is the best application to learn and gain knowledge on technical products as well as sales training. Go for it.

One can quickly see what are the required and still not completed trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, even after finishing all modules, the overall status of the module is still not completed. In other cases where some of the slides are not properly registered as watched because of the internet connection is not stable, it's not easy to find out which one is it. So, we have to go through everything over again and sometimes more than once.
