What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect with the team and convenient to use it.

There is not a dislike as such, can be improved space in mind tickle to upload the videos.

I have not come across with any problem yet, however, i find various benefits with mind-tickle.

Powerful "MindTickle" Application
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of “MindTickle” trainings, I always update myself to understand the technical knowledge of various products thoroughly as well as company’s new changes. I also attended onboarding training which helped me to understand the roles and responsibilities of my job and how I can add value into my ongoing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is sometime after completing the training, still it shows incomplete. so I have to refresh again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in responding to the technical questions of various products like MX, SRX, SecIntel etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MindTickle is the best application to learn and gain knowledge on technical products as well as sales training. Go for it.

One can quickly see what are the required and still not completed trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, even after finishing all modules, the overall status of the module is still not completed. In other cases where some of the slides are not properly registered as watched because of the internet connection is not stable, it's not easy to find out which one is it. So, we have to go through everything over again and sometimes more than once.

The pretty user interface and easy access to main functions. The training maps are also fun and easy to use. The program really makes everything consolidated and saves time and effort in producing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do, I want to learn how to use it all. Spending more time on tutorials would be beneficial.

Coaching is a breeze with this program. I am able to clearly identify areas that need to be addressed.

Learn how to use all of its functions early on so that you are able to fully utilize everything it has to offer.

Nothing as such, maybe sometimes, I'm not comfortable with the default font.

Excellent, automated, on-demand training
What do you like best about the product?
It provides on-demand training so that I can learn so much as a new employee in IT. So many trainings have gone on before me that are now always available. Even trainings that happen at a time that I cannot attend are now made available to me. This saves the money a lot of money as well since they don't have to repeat themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough keyboard shortcuts. I want to have a mouseless experience all the time including during test taking and clicking the "Next" and other buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been in organizations that have a very high learning curve without MindTickle and my learning was so slow. This made my job performance suffer tremendously. MindTickle would have prevented such issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the well thought topic organization for easy learning, providing me the ability to utilize the information learned immediately. Easy to navigate through the program and it has become an integral part of my weekly training. I like the scoring to keep me competitive and on my toes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it does not work in Google Chrome

I benefit from the fact that I can utilize the knowledge gained immediately.

Great way to stay focused on in depth training at your company
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to have organization on the trainings that I should be doing and that there is a way to have questions that we can answer throughout to test our skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a little bit of disorganization or the search feature I can't find specific trainings that I'm trying to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a deeper education on the products I'm selling. It also keeps me on task and makes sure that I'm getting done what I need to get done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it correctly. Make sure that its easy to digest for your teams that are trying to learn the technology you're selling. It's easy to get unorganized.
Learning on the go!
What do you like best about the product?
I love MinkTickle because I don't have to be sitting at my desk in order to complete my training! I just pop open my cell or tablet and get that training done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, other than the fact that I have to log in each time I access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to maximize my time, but multitasking and completing various training remotely. Particularly during this pandemic!

Its a great program. Just keep current on your trainings so you do not fall behind.
