What do you like best about the product?
Learning. I love that i can learn on my own time and own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that i could increase some of the speeds of videos more than 2x. For those really slow speakers lol

Onboarding. I am learning a whole new industry from the experts in my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Def helps the team to learn and you can sit back and relax and not worry. They can also be graded, given scores, and awarded certain things based off of their performance.
Makes on-boarding so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX and the ease of use, completed my onboarding in Mindtickle and I can say it is the smoothest onboarding I have done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any issues so far.

Onboarding and training have become scalable, easy to keep track of your progress all under one platform.

The tracking of the training I´ve taken is clear and easy to find. Also, I can look for more information regarding the subject i´m studying

This platform is very easy to use and with great user interface. It helped me to get the needed knowledge about Forescout.

learning in small digestable chunks. video and quizzes makes it very interesting.

some of the quests have a lot of content. more advance content option would be preferable

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our enablement team is able to customize the training courses and make them super engaging and fun. It's very easy to digest content and stay up to date on internal company procedures and products.

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about the product

I can learn at my own pace and management can have a pulse on how the company is consuming the content and which teams are more engaged with learning.
MindTickle for required trainings
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to understand and user friendly. I never questioned where to click or what to press to continue on in the trainings. MindTickles easy to understand UI is really great for someone who needs to focus on the content of the training without worrying about how to get from page to page or slide to slide.
Once I knew how to navigate the site to get what you need, I had no issues with the MindTickle interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if not given a link directly to the training I needed I would be a little unsure of how to find it. There are a lot of trainings on the site and given that I was onboarding at the time, it was a little confusing to fully understand what I was looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I took a very thorough onboarding training with MindTickle that enabled me to understand the functions of my job and how they fit into the larger company that I work for. I have taken other, non onboarding, trainings on the site as well that have enabled me to be greatly prepared for the work I had ahead of me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that your trainings are thorough in direction. MindTickle takes care of the UI but I've seen people get frustrated with the software when they aren't sure what to do when it is actually just the fault of the content.
