Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that MindTickle allows for all training material to be easily found in a single location, Past and present materials.

No Downsides, very simple to use platform

My company uses MindTickle for all internal Sales Enablement, Partner On-boarding, and Customer University.

Make sure you understand the module hierarchy for set up and reporting

MindTickle provides a refreshing view of learning with points and and achievements to unlock and drive participation for teams and individuals. The interactivity of the platform is fantastic.

Nothing. MindTickle has been fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of practical and useful course to help enhance sale skill for anyone who is new to sale role or to elevate your sale skill to the next level. Share knowledge easily and make sure everyone is onboarding effectively. A great product has all the essentials and continuing to add good features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many things to dislike about mind tickle, most of the work well for me. Maybe there is no certification provided on completion of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it very helpful to learn new sales skill from someone who is new to sales. I can access the training anywhere anytime using my mobile devices and to learn any course at my own pace. Very effective learning platform and help one on Sales readiness.

With all the modules on mind tickle makes the on boarding and getting familiar with the company very easy and interactive. With these modules I got to know about the company ethics and principles along with company vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mind-tickle there are so many features which are very helpful, like the one where it shows the roadmaps of the module and these little things creates interest in some boring PPTs. but on mindtickle there should be some extra feature like download or view full screen or something similar like this.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is very easy to use for the end user as well as the administer. MindTickle constantly is upgrading features and enhancements to their platform ensuring that they are relevant and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a VERY minor dislike but it would be nice if they learner site and admin site where on the same URL and did not require you to jump back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business challenge was trying to upskill our sales reps and allow them to become product experts and start selling faster.

Start with a small pilot of internal users to test functionality

Administration and analytics/reporting that is simple. You have everything you need to have a functional learning platform for the enterprise

Portal needs some polishing. An update or refresh of the UI would be nice.

Delivering global sales enablement to a $1B+ sales organization. Ability to touch all of the sales force with one platform.

Have a good archive plan so the portal isn't too cluttered.
Customer Service & User Interface are Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
Anytime we have a question or request, then both our Customer Service Rep and MT Support have been on top of it. Answers are always provided promptly and thoroughly. We transferred from a different LMS, and the MindTickle platform allows for many more robust training options than its competitor. We love the Missions, and are thinking of new ways to use them every day. We have been very happy with our overall MindTickle experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the analytics were a little more customizable. There are a few fields that I would like to be able to pull into a custom report. The data is there and can be extracted, but then has to be combined externally instead of in the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem that we faced with our old LMS, was having the ability to implement interactive components into our trainings. We wanted our users to be able to click directly on the trainings themselves, instead of clicking on a demo outside the platform. With MindTickle, we were able to upload those interactive components directly to the platform, ensuring that our trainees were going through the motions thus providing further retention of the topics being taught.

If you are looking for a platform that provides multiple training options, amazing Customer Support and comprehensive analytics, then MindTickle is the platform for you.
