It's pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
It has important topics that are covered in a simple and easy to digest way. It is also very interactive. The viriety of how to cover topics is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mindtickle layout doesn't always function properly on smart phones. It sometimes cuts off the screen and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to assign coursed and topics for new employees to cover, its for education of new employees. It helps in product re-training as well.

Post-training exercises and immediate feedback from our Sales Enablement and L&D teams on how to improve.

Sometimes the trainings error out and you need to restart the modules from the beginning of the course

Training on new sales strategies, product updates, new messaging, etc.

i can see my progress as well as the one from the team i manage

that sometimes some trainings do not count or are not 100% done if you dont take the survey ... surveys should be optional

saves time to train people , is a oone stop shop for all courses. it is easy to see the progress of my team

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like it is easy to navigate and it allows me to follow along very easily

sometimes it kicks me out of the modual and then i have to go back into it and start from the beginning

It is teaching me the important items that my company needs to get individual training on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the mechanism of short tests, which can be easily solved on a daily basis and do not necessarily have to dedicate long periods of time to training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not clear to me the different categories of courses offered.

The problem is effective training. It is resolved with an appropriate mix between recurrence and ease.
MindTickle is the new tool to deliver training at Cisco is super impressive
What do you like best about the product?
i like the UI, integration with webex bot, the mobile iPad App are super conveneient to start with. The ablity to include questions to make it more interactive is a nice upgrade to old school tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say bubble up the registered to be completed and save progress and give timely updates by ability to choose completion date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eased the ablity to enable our sales teams with critical and non critical training.

I love the ease of finding material based on a multitude of topics making it easy to find documents applicable to my customers.

The only dislike I have for the product is the name.

Mindtickle is solving the problems of quickly providing my customer accurate and thorough information around a wealth of products that our company offers.
