Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate courses. Very simple and clear user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big issues comes to my mind. One problem was that there was video embedded in course and you can't open video in full screen so it was quite a hard to see what is happening on video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am studying courses provided by Nutanix. I have learned new skills for my work.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use tool to improve your knowledge with online trainings. Standard integrations like Single Sign On, etc. works perfect. Several browsers will be supporteed, so no vendor-lockin in some circumstances.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology and features are cutting edge on innovation. There isn't another platform out there that so cleverly puts on the features into one system, that is keenly suited for training and support sales people. The Missions and Coaching session modules are the foundation to cultivating a reps mastery of skills. Not only can a rep practice and fine tune their craft, but they can get quality feedback from anyone...manager or peer. The tribal knowledge can be shared and put to good use immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics is still not quite there. Don't get me wrong, it is really good, however, I haven't seen one situation yet where I can take the analytics that are off the shelf and not have to manipulate still even further. I'd like to be able to have all that I need, when I need, without have to piece it all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of benchmarking reps. We needed to make sure all reps had the same foundational knowledge or our products and value props. We are able to scale that around the world, so that we can confidently say we are all on the same page. Now this opens up the next phase in development, skills and behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, interactivity, incorporation of video with different question types, ability to skip, gamification elements. The art of turning a big org such as AWS field team go through training throughout the entire org is an enterprise grade platform. Splitting lengthy videos into small digestible pieces makes a big difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other training program, there isn't a clear way to skip things when u already know them all the way to the assessment. But i guess that's a necessary evil ...Gamification could also use some updates to 2019...making it more playful and addressing the younger audience, having levels that are tightly related to advancement, improve the leader board. Perhaps consider positive encouragement by also adding the "wall of shame" ....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure certain training gets done across the org. After a cross-org training the mgt team can make sure all org has gone through the basics and spend less time on 1:1 meetings through 1:many activities where many people get to go through the basics. When you create such massive awareness, you can also broadcast updates cross corporate.

Easy to move throught training. Emails reminding you to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes actually completing was difficult. I finished and tested but session showed incomplete and had to waste time to go back in and see why it said not complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of Mindtickle are module formats and it allows for a variety of content to be consumed. Everything ranging from videos, how-to trainings, fill in the blanks, and quizzes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing! Everything from onboarding to Mind Tickle to finishing up modules, the software as a whole has been amazing in my growth and development at my existing company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I have been solving with Mindtickle are remembering content more, having a library of information at my fingertips for reference. The benefits I have realized in the past months using Mindtickle include learning acquisition, better retaining, and growth for my career long term

There have been few moments when there are slight delays within courses when changing slides/questions.
