Good system that promotes engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the clear deliniation of tasks and assignments as well as the element of competition included by tracking progress against myself as well as my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the name, honestly. From the beginning, I sort of had trouble taking it seriously. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning if I'm being honest. Also, that has nothing to do with the software, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is being equipped with the training and support that we need to do our jobs well and continue to grow in our roles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ongoing learning is an integral part of maintaining and growing a healthy business with healthy, continually inspired employees. Simply put, MindTickle will help your company do that. Go for it!
Great way of keeping up to speed on company training
What do you like best about the product?
That it is always availble from phone as well as PC
What do you dislike about the product?
Having spent >100 hours on it and honestly it has been plain sailing for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have to complete a lot of internal training and without mindtickle this simply would not be possible to fit it all in. Being able to use it on my phone while traveling and catching 20 minutes while on the move makes a huge difference
Great platform for Concise content to make you battle ready
What do you like best about the product?
The content can be stitched based on user needs and preferences and can be in the form of a quick video or an in-depth technical deep-dive presentation. It is super easy to use and share content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video stops streaming without any reason and a restart of the application is required. This might be a problem specific to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps me to enable myself with up to date information on products and solutions. I can keep my customers up to date on what is the latest and greatest from our company.

easy to keep it light with heavy knowledge transfers

some questions can have multiple correct answers, but that is more on the data input rather than functionality

sharing knowledge across a nationwide company is much easier and entertaining

It's laid out very well, easy to follow and has great questions.

I wish the questions were after each section rather than at the end.

I like the competitive aspect of mind tickle. The more training you complete, the more points you get!

At this moment, I do not really see mind tickle falling short anywhere . Additional features added would make it better, but doesn't necessarily make it flawed.

Mind Tickle has been a great way for me to train in a fun and exciting way. I like how even after you complete an exercise, you can still go back to re-watch it. Mind tickle has been beneficial by giving me the knowledge I need to be successful at work

was hard to originally set up because it wast set correctly but no issues since

Not a bad program just would recommend that training are added to the program in a timely fashion since I've noticed that it sometimes doesn't actually have the training added and then we cant join any lunch and learns. if we have a easier way for vendors to add them then maybe that would help but I am not completely sure
Mindtickle is easy to use and is a must for a company want to educate new hires

Ease of use, in house QA system and graph like view of mountain climbing. Just like how you go up a ladder after you are skillful in certain area.

Sometimes multiple answer questions are hard to identify.

Educating new hires is easy rather than having a whiteboarding session with every new teammate.

Have your own course and tutorials lined up and leverage this framework to educate your employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can deliver content and assess the learnings right afterwards. This ensures education quality and let you measure it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The console should allow me to undoch the videos and watch it on the right corner.

We scale our training content, while being able to measure the delivered educational content and raise our staff knowledge in favor of the end-consumer.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use this system. I like how it directs you throughout each training. It also is easy to upload videos I have to record of myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to using MindTickle It has been very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems except just uploading a video that was too large. It was easy to convert the file and upload it.
