Overall a really effective expereince
What do you like best about the product?
I love the leader boards that show my score in relation to the other members of my team! I like that it's really easy to signup for and see optional training. And the Gamification of the entire system is really fun! It's Edu-tainment!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been having trouble getting the enrollments to sync with my outlook, not sure if that's user error or MS or Mindtickle, but it's been a headache regardless. Sometimes with scheduled meetings, it can be a little hard to find out when all my trainings are happening, or even when the next ones can be scheduled. Again, I don't know if this is due to the way that mind tickle is designed or just the way that my team is implementing it. but again, still a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more informed of not only what training is available, but also expanding my knowledge base in doing those. Its also helps me coordinate training between multiple office locations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gamifying Training is really alluring, especially to us younger generation folks that grew up with nintendos
Simple tool for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, not difficult to learn. We have been using Mintickle for years and our Sales team is used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use G Suite for everything, and one thing I really struggle while using Mindtickle is attaching files from Google drive, many times Mindtickle is not able to locate files. So I have to download the file on to my device and upload again on Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Sales people are all over the place and on different zones, so getting all or considerable quorum for a live training is next to impossible. MindTickle allow us to enable our Sales team when and where they want it. The team doesn't have to leave what's important, ie Selling!, but can get the info when they want it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its easy tool to start with, with a very short required, if required. Our sales people find it easy and for us trainers it enable us to track the interaction of the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Mind Tickle helped me to tour the nutanix learning portal and the option featured inside for better experience. Mind Tickle gave a simple and efficient understanding stuff of the portals in nutanix and also the advantages of the portal. In addition, I also corrected my understanding towards the portal which was wrong before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though mind tickle gave a simple and clear undertanding of the portals of nutanix, I felt that there should be some more stuff to be stuffed to make good as super good. Other than this, there is nothing to feel dislike about mind tickle

Being able to quiz after the training to reiterate what it is was being taught.

MindTickle does a great job with their platform functionality and centralizing all different types of content/assessments seamlessly.

No downsides to report on, I find navigation easy

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot, it takes alot to invest in LandD but it's paying serious dividends for myself and our company. There's no price tag to put on learning and development

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about mind tickle is how simple it is to start learning. I especially love the dings of completing questions correctly. It works reliably and I actually learn stuff. When I was working at a big box store company and had to do like 15 hours of training I just skipped through and guessed. I feel with mind tickle it has a good incentivization to it
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a complaint on how we have mind tickle set up at my org but its kind of hard to find what I want to be learning. There is a leaderboard on mind tickle that is USELESS. Everyone gets a perfect score and it shows random people up at the top. I wish there was a better way to que up the training instead of backing out of the module after completing it.

Solving the ability to have a portal to train 60-100 employees on a variety of subjects using comprehensive videos, pdfs, and tests

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle in general has a very good set-up. I started three months ago working with it.
What I like most arte the size of portions, thus the lengths of training videos are just fine to consume, so you can easily schedule it when you have short breaks.
At the end of each section you'll get the most out of your score by proving that you have been actively watching the videos. It is very good that the knowledge is tested and being rewarded.
Once you become familiar with the basic portfolio it is great that there are frequent updates, so you never risk of being not up to date.
MidTickle consists of a great mix: Best-practice examples, sales techniques, use cases, demos, what to look for in client conversations...
Last but not least the design/front end is very convenient to consider. All companies that are dependent on a huge knowlegde-base should provide such a tool for their employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The courses are appropriate and have the right length. The videos shot are very intuitive and keeps you engaged throughout. Overall a very pleasant experience. The knowledge check at the end of every course helps you know your grasp on the subject and is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I have found the modules to be appropriate. The fact that the videos are short is very helpful if you would like to comeback and resume from where you left. The interface too is good and intuitive.
