Quick ramping up
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidation of videos with other materials (slides, whitepapers, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Yes, we tried the MindTickle recently in several trainings. It looks good and more we can list and manage my assigned training and also can repeat to reading it. Also we can use it more easily and pick up in a short time and make work efficiency. It sounds a great feedback from my mates in the team
What do you dislike about the product?
I think MindTickle is similar with Kiku we used as a training system before, no highlight for what's the different and what's the special improvement for the tools. Also many management feature will be useful like organize the training list by users themselves

The benefits I get from MindTickle is easy managing my e-learning materials.we can use it more easily and pick up in a short time and make work efficiency

Smooth Online Video Training Experience
What do you like best about the product?
First time experienced section-segregated video training instead of chapter-long video training. I feel this multiple-sections approach keeps the training alive and refreshed, we all knew lengthy hourly long training to complete 1 chapter could be exhausting and bored. I also appreciate the smooth video streaming without interruption from the training hosting provider. Thumbs-up on the good service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can further improve user-friendliness on the User Profile page, such as provide in-depth clickable drill-down on the Your Participation Stats, which allow user to see respective modules when clicked, eg, clicking on the In Progress would redirect to the modules that were started but not yet completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attend online guided video training and perform exam to be certified as expert which earn skill and recognition on my work.

Dependable and reliable online training provider platform. Internet video streaming quality is top-notch!

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to find the required material and scoring is interesting and motivating. each content has an assessment and it can also re-inforce the understanding. contents are often updated and keep fresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically it works very well, but sometimes it is freezed and I had to reset. and some materials has been removed and never re-appeared. If there's an open discussion forum type of space then it could be useful to push the ideas and concerns from listeners side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my skill and knowledge brush up. It can help me to understand the whole pictures of our product portfolio. For example when I need to introduce the contrail solution to customer, I try to understand the overview of the product and to gather the presentation materials. Sales ready is not the only place that I gather the info, but it is the one of the most valuable place that has much quality and quantities of information.
I feel it could be the centralized hub of our knowledge if the flow of information is mutual. In current system it seems the organizer can update the content and listener just receive it. If people who wants to share some content can upload and share the content, then it may be interesting. then it could be a sort of SNS which enables the knowledge sharing of common topics.

There were tests at the end of some sessions that were not intuitive about of number of correct answers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to a database of objectives and milestones to get you prepared for your new role, or trained on new product features. Constant reminders for what is next/necessary to move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the answers are to specific and if you don't have the right wording you get a 0 score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficiencies within our on-boarding period. It's easy to determine what is in the training and what isn't and should be added.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about mind tickle, I can search for anything and I get relative results to what I am looking to learn about. The self paced format is very helpful, as I am often interrupted and being able to stop and return to where I was, is pretty valuable. The quality of the presentations is great, I like to maximize the screen to get the best view possible. Video and sound always come in clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most internal sites and documentation, sometimes the material is older than I would like. If there are sorting options to sort newest material first, it would help. Also if there was more questions and feedback to the material learned, to reinforce understanding of the materials presented would be helpful. An option to save as a PDF for later or offline reading might also be beneficial in learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my time is spent educating myself on products. Whether it is direct product technical sessions or deep dive sessions that are presentation based. Being new to the company, mindtickle has been a great and simple tool to use for education and ramping up my technical as well as sales process knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendations can be found on the first set of questions and answers, in box for things disliked. Although disliked is not really the correct feedback. It is more about what would make the product better. Overall the platform is a great tool to use and learn in.

Ilearn isn't merging well but that is an internal issue. benefits are everything is simple and in front of you.
