What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to start and stop courses and learn at my own pace. The platform is easy to use and manages info really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to search for the course I am working on rather than it appearing at the top of my home page.

I am learning more about my company's products, sales methodologies and best practices.

MindTickle will be a great resource to help you learn more about your companies products and procedures.

ability to review and rate videos from sales professionals, as they join they must pitch the product within weeks of being enabled, and we rate them

the upkeep of videos as pitches/features become obsolete, constantly needs updating, and old sayings removed

Great platform to keep current on training at own time and speed. Also great from a management perspective to understand what the team has completed.

Would like to be able to watch video at 2x speed on the mobile devices.

It is a very intuitive platform, ease of navigation, clean layout of the courses.

I would like to see a more flexible alert-setting system for managers to set specific alerts for their team regarding the start/mid-point of completion of their courses.

I am trying to set up a coaching culture within my team and mind tickle is helping me with the same. I am able to effectively train my team and it gives me a great opportunity to performance manage when necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Very in-depth and helpful. Way easier to use than previous programs I've used. It works very well as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
MindTickle doesn't have much to dislike as it is quite simple. Perhaps a fresher look might do but nothing other than that

What I like the best is that majority of online training videos are articulate and detailed down to examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the videos lack examples and some were short.

I'm part of pre and post sales team and MindTickle gave examples and ideas that can be applied in real life scenarios .
Good platform for elearning, content distribution and end user knowledge tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the courses flow and also the content delivery platform that is organized through different components. Is easy to navigate through courses. The score rating and ranking can help you to define objectives, and really have a tracking of your user's activity. Content is pretty good, and audioquality is really exceptional. I think is the best platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to have a button for request access to courses. Also is BW intensive so it is better to have Optimization. Some times is not so easy to find correct information. I think the information can have more organtization and creating dependency maps are not as good as you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training Delivery is easy, and a single point to manage all certification. End user tracking for training validation. Sales campaigns are easy to deploy and content are easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to consolidate your Training with certifications, achievments and tracking of user activity, Mindtickle is perfect for you. Mindtickle allows you to improve your employees knowledge into a single point. Also content delivery is high quality and brings you all the statistics and method to meet training requirements. It is important to have different audio options and also to have good subtitles in case that audio is not so clear. Integration with your internal development system like success factors is a plus. I don't know how much this could be, but is very important to have this option.

Visual learning, relevant content. It doesn't make tedious the process of learning new skills.
