What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of loading course content, accessing user reports, knowledge checks and just how easy it is to deploy courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about the platform. I think it's an amazing tool for educating our partners and internal employee community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share content with our Partner community as part of our enablement strategy

Easy of use to let me focus on learning

What do you like best about the product?
I can start, stop and continue any course for any device - from my laptop to phone, over to my tablet, mindtickle makes it very easy to stay on top of my learning curriculum.
What do you dislike about the product?
I should be able to download all content delivered - if it's a powerpoint, give me access as these have some of the best content for us to leverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
staying current on our platform and different solutions offered

very efficient way to deliver and manage corporate learning

What do you like best about the product?
Straight to the point on items that matter and that I can learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some repetitiveness of topics but that would be based on my company's input I believe

Just quick tidbits that are easy to remember when have conversations with customers

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use and thier is tons of support available
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues so far.

We have streamlined our new hire on-boarding and have been able to create a platform that reinforces learning while holding learners accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and can be accessed on phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The red button on my phone showing all of the modules that I need to complete but I am working through that.

Competency requirements for each level and providing a clear path for our Sales professionals to develop.

What do you like best about the product?
Availablity of both of application for both web base computer and mobile device (iOS & Android). Great to allow people to choose their best fit to get access to trainings. Manager review of training quite efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - team report should not include trainings that are not relevant (other langage, topics not relevant to people however in assigned serie)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient Virtual Class. Key message and knowleged delivered to people with a very high level of flexibility. People can attend when they want, can stop and restart later. This is optimal for people with a busy agenda.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is our company preferred resource for all our trainings. I like the interface and particularly the app as it makes it convenient to do trainings while I might be traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could speed up video on the app (1.5x speed e.g.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our trainings are on MindTickle so we are using it as an enablement tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The reporting function is great and helps me ensure my reps are getting the right training and enablement to be successful at their jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Love using Mindtickle! Intuitive, easy, guided. All the key criteria checked for a great onboarding and ongoing enablement experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is really simple and easy to use.

Helped me get onboarded quickly through an intuitive guided interface.

Solid learning platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactivity, the Q&A and testing functionalities, the integrated video capabilities, the navigation pane style of the interface and the intuitive nature of the solution. I enjoy the ability to utilize it as a platform for learning and I also like the e-mail reminders it sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a better mobile experience with it and I've also experienced some glitches with homework submissions that I'm not sure how to correct. Submissions sometimes get mixed across different folks on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal training, onboarding, sales enablement, etc. It has helped our team be more intelligent about our solutions and drive additional sales.

If you're conducting onboarding or ongoing training and certifications, this is an excellent platform!
