MindTickle Keeps Us On Track
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is always open to the needs of their customers and ensuring they are keeping up with the offerings in the marketplace. They've asked for continuous feedback and are constantly working to make our experience great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes cumbersome to integrate fully into a new CRM and dialing system while maintaining the current system at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to level up our diagnosing and therefore coaching from the data and insights that our MindTickle products give. It has also increased our productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. This has resulted in increasing volume and speed of our sales force and improved our sales conversion.
Easy to use and the reports it generates are very useful
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading study materials and knowledge tests is quite quick and easy. The tools offered to complement the onboarding stage of new employees are very practical, such as the recording of fictitious cases. Customer support is always clear and on time as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more varied templates to create my own SCORM content. Additionally, some of the reports in .csv format can be a bit challenging to tabulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track the onboarding of new employees, and this also includes knowledge tests prior to their certification.
MindTickle is easy to work with and quite responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is a pleasure to work with and their Support team is very responsive and typically resoloves issues or answers questions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times enhancements and new features aren't always aligned to what the customer feels is most important or necessary at a given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certainly allows us to see how our training is/is not effective, particularly as we analyse pre/post training data. The variety of content that can be loaded to the platform is also quite beneficial.
We love Mindtickle.

Great user-friendly and modern Sales Enablement/LMS Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle offers an experience for users and third parties unmatched in the market, offering high versatility and flexibility to manage your platform whether for Sales Enablement or LMS purposes. The customer support is incredible, personalized and efficient, they offer constant support beyond the implementation process that I have not seen in other providers. Mindtickle CSMs are tasked with knowing your objectives and the nature of your operations to provide personalized assistance and follow-up on the daily use of the platform, additionally offering free consulting solutions to guarantee efficient use of the site.
The updates and updates are constant and consistent with the feedback provided by users. I have been very surprised by the speed with which the feedback I have given has been added to the roadmap of system improvements, it feels like a dialogue in which you try to give the best information possible and receive constant updates.
The implementation period varies significantly in relation to your needs but, having implemented Mindtickle 2 times with different objectives, I can say that it is quite expeditious compared to other platforms, it is very flexible but requires work from your team of specialists or LMS admins since you have to do some of the work yourself with a vague guide that the platform provides you, the implementation requires your work and benefits a lot from the free workshpp that its learning site provides to familiarize yourself with the features.
The platform offers some integrations, particularly relevant being Zoom for ILTs, which allows you to manage rooms and attendance automatically. New alternatives are constantly added. HRIS and Salesforce are also supported.
Mindtickle is both our tool for Sales Enablement and LMS for career development and we use it frequently. Overall we are satisfied with what it offers and its ease of use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle still has to work on features that are present on other platforms. Such as the ability to create modules with a predefined set of preferences that make it easy to quickly create many similar learning modules (the system lacks the availability to create templates of module settings). Currently, each module must be created by selecting from scratch all the elements of its configuration without being able to store configuration templates, this implies searching among many dropdowns for things such as notifications, reminders, visibility, availability, etc.
Mindtickle offers from the outset a reporting system that is very graphic and apparently user-friendly, but in reality it tends to remain superficial. If you want to take a deep dive into reporting, the admin will need to become familiar with Mindtickle's own API, which is not very intuitive, feeling overwhelming and non-specific. While there are other platforms whose base reporting is quite dense and complete, allowing you to get a lot of information without resorting to an API, Mindtickle falls short and seems to try to make everything "too easy" for the user, losing depth and usefulness.

One stop for all learning related to sales enablement, coaching, and customer trainig. Makes easy for all the sales reps to get one stop access to all required toolkits and assets and also sharing with customers when needed. Improves our sales kick-off and cycles and also helps us with compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendor relationship is fantastic, one of the best I have had in my 30+ years in the industry. Their vision of focusing on real behavior change aligns with mine and they are agressivly persuing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is going through change and we hope that does not impact the quality of the service and attention we have recieved. No signs of this, but always a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding REAL learner behavior. True K Level 4!!! and using AI analytics to efffeciently look at those behaviors across time and suggest remediatiion. We have been dreamning about this for years, they are making it happen!!

Mindtickle provides us with a custom solution to fit our needs, and continually strives to ensure they are meeting and exceeding our objectives. They provide terrific support and service and are continually improving their offerings.

I wish we were able to use more of what Mindtickle has to offer, but are currenltly only using them for a specific use case. Perhaps in the future we will be able to utilze more of what they have to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a easy to use and intuitive platform for sales community of any organization to consume knowledge and sales enablement content like training courses, sales collateral, sales videos, etc. This sales enablemnt platform is well designed with end users in mind. I find it easy to consume sales trianing courses using MindTickle. The paltform allows organizations to customize the training courses into various categories and provide role based access to various content. Since this is a SaaS platform, organizations dont have to worry about maintaining the platform itself instead lets orgzniations to rather focus on sales enblement content for targeted audience. Since Mindtickle has both web and app versions, users can consume sales enablement content any time, anywhere and on any device. This is great flexibility for users.

Mindtickle provides platform using which sales users can access content at their convenience and any time of the day. The platform provides great flexibility with it s web and appl versions. The platform meets the needs of sales function of any organizations around areas like sales training, sales enablement, digital asset management, etc.
