What do you like best about the product?
Training is always good to have. This made the training process for my role more seamless

Sometimes when a module was completed, the status would get stuck as if I wasn't finished.

MindTickle Best Sales Training Onboarding Platform and Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a platform for the entire team to gain information and content in one spot that helps them learn, message and sell more effectively. I really like that the modules are available so the learner can view and/or go back and revisit information at the time of need or at a best time for them. I like the ability to upload Mp4 recordings from your computer and provide a Q&A using different types of set ups e.g. multiple choice, matching, True and False statements and filling in the boxes with the answer. The modules allow best practice sharing directly from colleagues; the sales people who they gain insights from. You can choose who you want to present on each module so you can use internal experts or learnings from e.g. YouTube presentations - whoever has the most expertise.. Lastly, it provides Marketing with a venue to deliver Field Sales important updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it took awhile to learn how to set up and create each MindTickle Series and their associated modules. It took more time than I thought it would and while customer care is super receptive and quick to respond most of the time my customer care person was in India in a different time zone and as much as we tried, often understanding my customer service person was super challenging. Communication has been challenging but we get through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a tremendous solution to onboarding new sales hires. The Mindtickle Series provides all of our hires with their home study work and now has a check list road map for the new hires. It also provides an avenue to celebrate top performers which is very motivating to the team. It is also great because as the Administrator I can view the analytics and see who is completed what modules and how they are doing on the quizzes. This allows me to hold them accountable and also informs me on areas where more training is needed. Their managers can also view the analytics to stay on top of their new hire's learnings as well. Additionally, it has solved the challenge of getting out new information to our national team. For example if we have a new competitor, we can provide responses via a MindTickle module or if we have a new product or product extension the whole team can learn the detail and messaging using the MindTickle platform.

You won't be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to give and gather feedback. I also like that Mindtickle is easy to use, and for example videos are quickly uploaded. And the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not need the many notification emails that seem to be default. We would also like there to be a discussion possibility visible to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially the analytics are of great value. There we see the number of viewers, what people like to read and watch and what not.

What do you like best about the product?
- Quick and easy start to create and share content
- Analytics can be as simple or as complex as needed
- Varied tools for assessments
- Nice tools for interactivity and giving feedback
- Mobile application is a great addition
- Constantly improving and adding new features
What do you dislike about the product?
- At some point (on the admin side) the UI can be a bit confusing.
- Some small things that need improvement, but are being worked on as of writing these lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Training for employees which are in another country
- Understanding engagement levels of different employees/territories helps pinpoint areas that need addressing
- Being able to quickly setup staff preparations for unforeseen events

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of content creation and distribution from one single platform. One can easily choose and create the type of content. Whether it be voiceover decks, surveys, sales pitches. It is also easy to create and distribute sales/user-generated content. This enables experienced Agents to train newly on-boarded Sales folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing mostly. Feature wise its good and also has continuous product development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using mind tickle to be our one-stop database for Sales Enablement. Training, onboarding, case studies, brochures, feature updates, and product updates. Organizations struggle with scattered content and with mind tickle we are able to organize all Sales enablement content at one place.

Good platform for cross company learning

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive, easy to use. Learners can use it through mobile or app. Plus the in-house content and customer success team is very helpful

Some analytics features are not present for the usual slicing and dicing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the learning, development and standardization of processes, this platform is extremely useful in my team. The roles require the team to be largely on the move and scattered across locations. It is extremely useful to have all the content on a easily accessible platform and in an attention grabbing format of videos and quick updates.
Centralized tracking mechanism and managing the reviews etc is also very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the 'n' number of ways in which you can exploit the services of the tool. It not only helps in enabling sales reps through continuous training but also it serves the purpose of managing content for them. The best part is the swift response of the Mindtickle team whenever you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features which we strongly require but for time being they are not present in the product like taking up assessments from Mobile App and all. Also, the new app updates are not forceful in nature because of which we, at times, fail to use the latest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only helps to make the new sales reps field ready but also enables the existing sales reps with on-the go content as well as assessments as a part of a continuous learning. This helps in improving the overall performance of sales at an individual level and also enhances top line growth
