Uploading users and then assigning them the modules is painstaking at the moment.

Analytic feature which provides insights of learners' engagement and that helps team lead/management and administrators to easily track the effectiveness of the the training and improve the coaching for the individual.

Less flexibility in organizing the training series / modules as currently it's designed with two layers only (series => module).

Provides an efficient and effective way for sales training across countries. This helps our organization to shorten the go-to-market lead-time for new products/services.

It's a great tool if you're considering to roll out an effective sales training programs. As it helps your salespeople learn and/or improve their selling technique, skills, and processes through an easy-to-use platform and also helps your trainers to convey the knowledge, policy, and share updated information within your organization in efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilization of a one-stop training platform, it's interactive and competitive features, ability to make real-time updates and modifications to content, skills and comprehension assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but it is a robust system with many moving parts and there's a lot to learn. I wish I had taken more advantage of product training and onboarding from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing it as our training platform for new and existing hires. Time management for manager's and leadership. It's ability to provide accurate assessments combined with the ability to evaluate skills progression based on raw data/test scores.

Mindtickle has some amazing features of Quick Updates of Video and Presentations which helps us in providing our team weekly updates of the new features in the product.
It also has Course feature which has helped in onboarding programmes for new joiners.
And through the Assessment, Missions and Coaching feature, we were able to take monthly and quaterly reviews of our team and provide feedbacks accordingly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Mindtickle, some of the features which are not there currently I have seen them in their beta version. The only thing which might be a concern would be realted to their pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ameyo being a leading contact center software being used by the leading companies over 50 countries, we have been developing new products and enhancing the existing product features. Though in doing so we were facing issues in educating our Sales, Inside Sales and Pre Sales team about the product updates in order to have a uniform pitch among our employees, here mindtickle helped us a lot through its features of Quick Updates we were able to send out the proper message among all of our stakeholders. It also helped us in reducing the onboarding time for our new joiners thereby making them ready for sales in a short period of time.

Experience with Mindtickle platform, and responsiveness, as well as proactiveness from the team, has been very good.

Nothing major, but the addition of some more features, can make it perfect.

Enabling sales force, by providing quick access to relevant material, to everyone. Storytelling approach for new hires, to get on-ground quickly, rather than slow on job learning and improvement process.

Give it a try. If it is aligned with company goals, it surely would be a great help.

We spent quite a while trying to find the right tool to support training and enablement initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams as well as our customers. Mindtickle was easy to get up and running, has a super intuitive user interface (from an admin and learner perspective) and allowed us to easily move off of our previous learning system.
The support we receive from the Mindtickle team is next level, our main contact (shout out to Praneeth), is always available to help us walk through a complex use case, resolve any issues, review new feature releases and become more strategic with our usage!
I love the reporting (which just got even more intuitive with the latest release) and the coaching tool. We use the coaching feature not only for upskilling and coaching, but to execute our badging program virtually. Teams can record a pitch or demo right in Mindtickle and their manager or badging committee can evaluate on their own time and share meaningful feedback

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more automation especially for our onboarding and badging programs. Right now we manually add new users to a learning series as they progress through each week of learning would love to set up a cadence for users to be added to learning series based on a specific time-frame or upon completion of a learning series or course.
I know Mindtickle integrates seamelssly with a number of CMS' my dream would be for all of that to live in one tool!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an effort to create a continuous culture of learning, reduce ramp time of new Sales and CS team members, and ensure our teams are growing their skills and building product and industry knowledge we needed the right tool to deploy training and content to our teams easily and efficiently. Mindtickle's Coaching and Quick-Updates features allow us to "check-in" with our teams, understand training consumption and (most importantly) knowledge application and send them meaningful updates or quizzes to ensure we're staying on top of key changes in our business and in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support that the Mindtickle team offers is game-changing, they help us to get the most out of the available features and more importantly help us to take a strategic approach to our programming and content deployment to ensure we are getting the most out of each initiative we launch.
