Functional tool making learning enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
The different quizzes and tests after learning new features etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sessions seem dysfunctional at times and laggy. other than that it is a great product for learning or onboarding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with onboarding or training new employees, also helps coworkers that have been with company refresh on things they might have forgotten. also helps with learning when there are new product launches.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is key in our initial pitch training as well as continued learning throughout the year. The ease of having everything on demand for initial and recurring learning is indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability for users to delete and resubmit recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, and a fantastic support team! The Support Team generates reports for me every week. They have also used their design team to build templates & images for my team.
The software makes it easy to share folders (series) only with certain Groups, which is helpful!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics functionality is limiting, and you cannot easily override scores / points. This can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MindTickle for onboarding new Sales reps, and consistent communication with the Field. We primarily use MindTickle as a content repository.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to increase the play speed of some of the training videos. This helps me to complete some of the trainings a lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have the SFDC integration. It seems a bit clunky at times and doesn't resize correctly when I have resize the window. I prefer to log into it directly vs. using the SFDC integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching. Our team leads are so stretched for time. If we can find a way to use a training platform to help with coaching that would be great. MindTickle has a role play functionality as well.

It's great for the price. And they're quick to make changes and work with you. They value your opinions and will work hard to make sure you're satisfied.

it is super easy to use and the UI is clean for all users

sometimes the answers for fill in the blank won't click as correct.. they don't pick up automatically on certain phrases

it's good to get the whole company on the same page. the benefits are in teaching new techniques and resources for all the users

it really is a great tool to get everyone onboarded with new resources, because it forces you to learn more in a educational manner

The payoff for finishing modules keeps you going. MindTickle takes the mundane, boring presentation and transforms it into an interactive, instructive experience.

No complaints, but as a content creator, you do need to make sure you're varying your format and content to keep the audience engaged.

It's used to distribute new messaging and content in a way that engages the recipient.

Make sure you have a clear view of what your business need is, and the types of materials you're looking to distribute. If it's a good match this is a great solution.

The interactive pieces of the platform have helped us greatly. Most of the platform is very intuitive to use as well.

Nothing in particular. Anytime I cannot figure out something, support is there to help.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle has a strong product & exceptional customer service. User experience & admin experience are both modern and smooth. Integrations with SalesForce and Google are also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Courses (composed of videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.) cannot currently include Missions (experiential tasks like screen recording, writing assignments, etc.). While you can build a "Series" to include both, it is just a little less than perfect. That said, this is a rather small nit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shorten new hire ramp time via onboarding and increase sales productivity through ongoing training.
Easy to use training software
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are easy to navigate, with clear visuals and steps to complete a course. I love how points are tallied, and you can easily see how other people on your team are performing as compared to you. I've taken a course more than once to get into the "expert" category and land myself at the top of a scoreboard.
As someone who uses the software on a daily basis (not a course creator), I can say that this is a easy to use program for training.

Often the default video player lags in loading content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an end user (not a content creator), it's a great way for my organization to disseminate information. When new processes are released, it's an easy way to log in and learn exactly what is being done.
The platform is excellent for sharing information / training. The content is of course dependent on your content creation team.
