Great way to get better
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple and effective way to record myself alongside a deck and then submit my recording for review. Also, it's very easy to understand how well I did -- the breakout into various important aspects shows me what I did great on and what I need to do better on next time. The Top Submissions tab is a nice touch because it allows me to see how my colleagues did on a certain presentation and to learn what our leaders are looking for in that presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I was in the process of submitting, I was not aware that my draft was saved, or rather where to find it. When I accidentally reloaded the page, I could not find my submission, so I thought I lost it. I re-did the submission and then found the drop-down list for saved drafts. It would be great if the drafts list was more easily found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I learn how to get better at my role in sales at my org, solutions like MindTickle help me easily get feedback from leaders without having to schedule time in-person with them to conduct role plays (while still important) or provide a presentation. I'm getting better and better at my job as I grow my career at this org. By getting better, I mean that I can more intelligently speak on the phone to how our services can help our clients.
I haven't yet uploaded content to or created a video with mindtickle but I am a frequent user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability. Honestly though, as a viewer what I really appreciate is when there are videos as opposed to just click-through slides. I like that I can speed the videos up to a pace that works well for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it often freezes and sometimes I watch the content but for some reason, it never updates that I have completed/watched the content. Our managers follow up on whether the trainings have been watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for training. Mostly to teach reps about new procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to test employees on knowledge gained from trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the ability to add more branding would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the onboarding process was a little frustrating for new employees. Now it's easy and simple. We provide the online training videos that are relevant to each employee through MindTickle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very easy for Sales teams to view the content
What do you like best about the product?
This product makes it very easy for my team to send on-demand training to our sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the reporting be more robust with the ability to keep sales team more accountable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fast-moving tech company, we are able to track what content our sales teams have engaged with and then test retention.

What do you like best about the product?
very structured walk through of the material - it is easy to follow the training path provided by managers and trainers. I like the score keeping as well - its nice to see how I rank compared to other people in my company on the same material.

a bit clunky and slow at times - there have been instances where ive been asked to upload video in response to a training question and was unable to do so.

The ability for courses to be parsed out over multiple subjects and instances makes learning more palatable than just an hourlong video.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a lot of information to navigate when you’re looking for something specific. It is helpful, however, when you are just looking to learn something (not specific).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding to a new company/product is easier when courses are completed via mindtickle.
Great Platform for Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with great gamification options. You can use content that you create or link to other content to be used for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be improved. The visualizations are good but I would like to be able to have more visibility across groups versus having to pull separate reports for each. There are also some UI improvements that could be done to make the administration role easier. In some areas of the platform it isn't clear where learner information can be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding of new client-facing team members.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with a blueprint for your content and have some content ready before you get started. Your plan should include not only training courses but a schedule of regular updates that can be pushed out to the team to maintain their engagement with the platform. The Missions feature in MindTickle is great and can be used for salespeople to practice a pitch or objection handling. Make sure that sales leadership is committed to using Missions on a regular basis to get the most out of it. You don't have to have all of your content ready before you start. Videos and other materials can be uploaded and released quickly and you can continually add to your curriculum.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and mobility is complete. Can login anywhere from computer or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty navigating the mainpages of videos--can be hard to tell if there is more content or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're complementing our internal sales and recruiting training programs for new hires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to complement it with other products. You may need to reinforce concepts with follow up coaching.
Clunky but it's Getting There
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is great for training purposes. It helps you record videos on question that is often asked for training. You are able to refer back and hear your team and how they approach certain things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Crashes, deletes full work done and doesn't restore it. This was a frustration because everyone had to restart their work again. The recording feature also tends to crash a lot. Many of the videos don't record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement, what is practical for a good training and sources for training. A great source to go back and see how you can combat objections.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to get the know the product. I would suggest managers to do an on boarding of the product, getting familiar with how to navigate it. Also suggest having managers give a time frame to get things on time with the deadline. We were introduced to mindtickle and only had 4 days to submit 4 assignments but the software kept crashing so we weren't able to get things done on time.
