Great outreach
What do you like best about the product?
A rep from MindTickle contacted me with a well-written email and phone call straight after I expressed interest on their website. Great follow through and customer service.

Sales coaching - I haven't realized any benefits yet but haven't engaged enough just yet
Easy to use and navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle provides an easy user interface to upload training modules and videos, and to search for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to discern whether or not a module is required vs. optional. For the most part, I am very satisfied with Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company supports a very complex technology that is rapidly evolving. Mindtickle allows us to stay on top of the evolving trends and technologies. Mindtickle also allows for more career/personal development as it is not solely focused on product awareness and education.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the system. I am able to easily take the learnings and the UI is so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't easily send reminders in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it to help with onboarding and ongoing training. We have been able to see increased productivity based on having actionable data from the system.
Great Gamified Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle takes what might otherwise be dry, boring material and turns it into an achievement based, engaging educational experience. Getting rewarded for completing modules really helps motivate you to get your training done, when it might otherwise just feel like a waste of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints about MindTickle to be honest. The one thing I would say is our own modules could use some more variability (the format tends to be a video segmented into multiple pieces, followed by a quick quiz question or two), at least in terms of how the material is presented and tested upon, but that's likely due to our own internal resources more than MindTickle's capabilities. Also, and this could be a result of our own design as well, but the user interface when I log in can seem a little messy. There are series and modules, and they are presented by date rather than by completion status, and although you can filter by completion it's not immediately apparent whether something is a series, a module, complete or incomplete just by scanning your dashboard quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle is used to distribute new and updated processes, messaging etc to our field organization. Having the material accessible through our internal portal and tracked all in one place makes it easy to get training completed. This platform definitely seems to have improved the field's participation in the training materials provided by our enablement team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a good look at the types of content you can share - using a mix of all available formats will help keep your training engaging and interesting for your audience. Even the quizzes can be presented in different ways, from simple multiple choice questions to matching correct answers. Variety is the spice of life!

Easy to upload relevant, timely content.

I guess I wish the interface was sleeker. But that's not that big of a deal. I think it's a great tool!

Let's be real, folks, in tech, our processes are constantly changing and MindTickle is a great resource for keeping our whole org up to date on these changes.

Quick and easy to find all the different trainings. Allows for a broad range of different topics within a single place.

MindTickle is pretty useful during my trainings to test comprehension of the content I'm being trained on.

The UI looks dated, but that's about it.

Using Mindtickle makes me pay attention to trainings in more detail and helps me retain the information better.

It integrates well with SFDC and Google, and is overall an effective tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively simple and easy to use. All content is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Layout could be designed better. More available Widgets to track overall performance.

Great concept, needs better execution
What do you like best about the product?
Great interactive interface and learning concepts, more or less easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a smaller platform for smaller organizations. There’s no HRIS integration so all users have to be manually added. I don’t like the way reports have to be pulled.

Learning management system. Useful, interactive way to reinforce information for our sales and customer success teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a larger organization I’d invest in a better LMS.
