What do you like best about the product?
I like that our sales reps can view short quick updates using their mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface and it's not easy to organize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as an enablement tool for our sales reps. We post training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
-The ongoing review of material for my company and our products as well as the value prop that we bring to the table.
-Keeps us up to date on the most current versions of product information and documentation.
-Gives you a scoring & ranking methodology that allows you to compete with coworkers and colleagues.
-Ability to fast forward through them.
- Recorded videos and the ability to go back and view them again to rewatch and freshen our skills.
- The gameification of the interface, seems like we are playing a game while trying to beat our collegues high scores on knowledge and product training.
- Easy ability to track to-do items and necessary trainings that we need to complete while onboarding and post onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
-The web interface is not the best, although it seems to get better with each iteration that comes out.
-Not a lot of ability for reporting.
- Would like there to be more competitive intelligence from other companies so that not only can we get better at our own product but also learn more about the competitive landscape that we sell against.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Staying up to date with the most current documentation and trainings of our product and services offerings. Allows us to take what we sell seriously.
-Sales coaching and product pitching.
-Helping sales teams perform better and sell more.

Great way to better your skills and knowledge of your own products and services offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive training platforms that help conceptualize our organizations sales processes and industry knowledge with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint: At times, assigned series can become cluttered and the platform could be improved with a better view of assigned/completed/in-progress modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement across the org. With MindTickle we have the ability to quickly disseminate information to all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The team takes feedback seriously and incorporates new feature basis that.
What do you dislike about the product?
My org is a CAAS user along with being a SAAS consumer. The agility and quality displayed by the SAAS side of biz is not displayed by the CAAS side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Update dissemination is the key driver for my org. MT helps me author and create online modules to disseminate to a large work force spread across geographies. HAs saved countless man hrs that would have had to be invested in CRT.

Great way to get better

What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple and effective way to record myself alongside a deck and then submit my recording for review. Also, it's very easy to understand how well I did -- the breakout into various important aspects shows me what I did great on and what I need to do better on next time. The Top Submissions tab is a nice touch because it allows me to see how my colleagues did on a certain presentation and to learn what our leaders are looking for in that presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I was in the process of submitting, I was not aware that my draft was saved, or rather where to find it. When I accidentally reloaded the page, I could not find my submission, so I thought I lost it. I re-did the submission and then found the drop-down list for saved drafts. It would be great if the drafts list was more easily found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I learn how to get better at my role in sales at my org, solutions like MindTickle help me easily get feedback from leaders without having to schedule time in-person with them to conduct role plays (while still important) or provide a presentation. I'm getting better and better at my job as I grow my career at this org. By getting better, I mean that I can more intelligently speak on the phone to how our services can help our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability. Honestly though, as a viewer what I really appreciate is when there are videos as opposed to just click-through slides. I like that I can speed the videos up to a pace that works well for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it often freezes and sometimes I watch the content but for some reason, it never updates that I have completed/watched the content. Our managers follow up on whether the trainings have been watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for training. Mostly to teach reps about new procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to test employees on knowledge gained from trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the ability to add more branding would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the onboarding process was a little frustrating for new employees. Now it's easy and simple. We provide the online training videos that are relevant to each employee through MindTickle.

What do you like best about the product?
This product makes it very easy for my team to send on-demand training to our sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the reporting be more robust with the ability to keep sales team more accountable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fast-moving tech company, we are able to track what content our sales teams have engaged with and then test retention.

What do you like best about the product?
very structured walk through of the material - it is easy to follow the training path provided by managers and trainers. I like the score keeping as well - its nice to see how I rank compared to other people in my company on the same material.
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit clunky and slow at times - there have been instances where ive been asked to upload video in response to a training question and was unable to do so.
