Easy to administer, user friendly and highly applicable towards today's sales force
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle has many cool functions - their quick updates are easy to use and disseminate information in a short amount of time, the courses have been highly effective for engaging new hires prior to arriving at Bootcamp, but it's the Missions that really bring the rubber to the road. The Missions are easy for both admin, user, and reviewer and memorializes the evolution of a sales rep's progress, as well as provides peer-to-peer examples for practice pitches and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I think the platform is solid. The platform could be even better if it was further integrated into SFDC: course performance tied to the User profile and corresponding Opportunities/Revenue attributes. This way, admins could correlate sales rep performance with other achievements within SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Mindtickle, our Bootcamp was the first exposure our reps had to classroom study of Egnyte and its products. Since deploying Mindtickle, reps completed the prerequisite "homework" in Mindtickle, and came to Bootcamp ready to discuss, ask questions and perform live sales simulations, thus making our new hire onboarding much more effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Part of the appeal of Mindtickle was the Professional Services and the Customer Success. Their knowledge of sales enablement best practices runs deeper than the platform, but extends into execution and cadence of training and deployment. Their PS also goes above and beyond in creating a well-rounded course that is attractive, coherent and informational.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is an easy to use and administer cloud-based sales effectiveness platform. As the leader for our enablement vision/strategy I like the focus on continuous product enhancements to help drive "enablement-on-demand", simple configuration, analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
being somewhat new to the market, it's hard to find administrators/operations staff familiar with the platform...however, since the technology is so easy to administer/use, this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a hyper-growth start up, we need the ability to quickly create learning assets (curriculum series, courses, updates, missions) along with the ability for our sales leaders to coach and help certify our global sales force...especially new hires. Our enablement team is small so being able to scale, support the growing demands and stay one step ahead is critical. MindTickle continues to have a positive impact as we address these dynamics all while positively impacting new hire time to ramp and overall sales productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to meet with their executive team...they ultimately had the most impact on our decision to partner with MindTickle (confidence, credibility, genuine concern with our needs short/long term).
Great, cutting-edge on-demand learning platform!
What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle's user experience is the most attractive. The gamification features really make it fun and effective for sales reps to engage with the platform. The real time leaderboard while taking courses creates a healthy competition between sales reps, each of them wanting to have the best score. Being able to have sales reps interact with the content throughout the courses increases knowledge absorption and allows us in Sales Management to make sure they integrated the knowledge and have them certified on the content. From all the on-demand sales learning platforms we evaluated, MindTickle was the most innovative and engaging platform. We've had great customer support and guidance from MindTickle to help us design our sales onboarding and ongoing training programs. Really happy customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about MindTickle. It is really a great on-demand learning platform. The only area of improvement would be their admin interface to make it even easier to create courses. I know they are actively working on improving courses administration and have taken into account our specific input. We've already seen great enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps us onboard our sales reps in a more effective way. It helps reduce the time to first deal and the overall sales ramp up time for new sales hires. It also allows us to provide on-going training and coaching to constantly increase sales effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
The challenge when designing our Sales Champions Program was how do we build true "sales capability" by ensuring that the knowledge and skills learnt are internalised and transferred to execution in the field....this is what Mindtickle helps us achieve.
The true value of Mindtickle to Mendix are Missions.... these are activities that allow individuals in our sales team to practice and demonstrate that they can perform real world selling tasks which when combine indicate a level of productivity (the individual can perform in a professional, independent and autonomous manner).
Missions allow our team to practice, receive coaching and be certified on tasks such as:
- Explaining key concepts with precision in a concise manner as if talking with a prospect on the phone
- Demonstrate the ability use key tools in our sales stack like DiscoverORG, LinkedIn, SalesLoft etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to write compelling and effective emails and documents
- Demonstrate their ability to deliver engaging and on-message message presentations
- Demonstrate their ability to execute key pipeline generation activities such as outbound calls and discovery conversations

- Reporting needs to be improved to make Mindtickle easier to operationalise (manage the people and processes around Mindtickle)
- Licencing and pricing seems to be unclear as new functionality is added...there could be more clarity around what is included and what's not included in the standard licence fee

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is incredible. The support I have received while rolling out our new onboarding program with very aggressive delivery dates could not have been achievable if it weren’t for the collaboration and support I received from the customer success team. MindTickle felt like an extension of our team with the same passion one would expect from an internal employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is too strong of a word. I look forward to future enhancements in the top level organization of the learning board for users. As we continue to leverage MindTickle for more and more business needs, we need to ensure the learning path remains clearly defined for those interfacing the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a rapidly growing public company, it is critical that we are able to ramp new sales teams in the most effective and efficient way possible. Every new hire learns and thinks in a different way and it is important that we deliver a rich learning experience that addresses this variation. With the help of MindTickle, we were able to implement a full 90-day onboarding experience for our new sales teams that included more than the traditional talking head videos. A combination of assessments, interactive learning, quizzes, surveys, mission-based exercises, and coaching sessions that are automated with the MindTickle program allows us to achieve our goals. Meanwhile, the solution allows us to assess effectiveness and look for opportunities to further enhance the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In addition to leveraging MindTickle for the Nutanix sales onboarding program, we continue to leverage the solution to roll out continued education for our existing sales teams as well as facilitate preparatory work for upcoming sales events. We are already discussing how we can more broadly adopt the solution to leverage its capabilities across other functions throughout the company.
Mindtickle is the best sales enablement platform for sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using MIndtickle at Townscript for last 2 years. It is one of the best products which we use. The best thing about it is, it's cost effective and its seamless integration with Salesforce makes it killer. We can frequently update our sales reps through the platform about new product updates and other important things. I highly recommend Mindtickle.

There's nothing to dislike in Mindtickle product or their service.

We have distributed sales team. It helps in keeping connected with everyone. It's a great way to keep your team updated with product upgrades.

The ability to track and review submissions

Difficult to make changes en masse, for example each Learner's Profile must be opened to update a field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hassle of tracking and collecting training output through Google Docs and Spreadsheets. Have saved lots of time and effort.

Great product and great people. I get great support when I need it which is not always the case when dealing with software companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
No software product is perfect so there are always new features you want but Mindtickle has done a great job of releasing new updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to scale my sales training business by delivering training to thousands of customers concurrently.

Anyone who is serious about training and onboarding their sales team should be considering Mindtickle. The product is awesome and sales people love using the tool. You can create a lot of really cool courses and exercises that you can't do with other tools.

The learner navigation process has been very diligently placed, The gamification feature adds up to the element of fun and excitement while learning

It would have been an added advantage if the gamification has a progressive method of quiz.
