One of the Best online training Platform

What do you like best about the product?
We used MindTickle for mobile-based training and coaching environment to enable our retail store associates. Within one month of deployment, we have all 700 users fully engaged.
Their Customer Success team is proactive and provides us with best practices to make the best use of the platform. We are able to correlate the impact of training on store reps’ performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our reps are on mobile only. An OTP based login will streamline the process. They are already working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to generate a culture of customer-centric approach within the store reps to drive more business. We see the following benefits:

1. Enable our reps to stay prepared for every customer scenario
2. Prepare our reps to actively cross-sell and up-sell based on customer context
3. Correlate the impact of training on performance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One should definitely go with this

MindTickle Democratizes LMS

What do you like best about the product?
Being hosted on a multi-tenant SaaS platform, we are always on the latest version of MindTickle, and the focus on only one version enables development of new features at a rapid pace. The product is very user-friendly, and MindTickle leadership benchmarks themselves against the best consumer products companies to deliver easy-to-use features such as gamification. The responsiveness​ of the MindTickle team to our requests is phenomenal, and they have adapted the product beautifully for use by Cloudera's Sales, Support, HR, and Business Alliance functions. MindTickle exposes their APIs so that we can integrate with Okta and thereby automate user and group management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Major improvements to the reporting and metrics and more granular roles are in progress and will be highly appreciated. Development of a user community and a conference will come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to deliver the most up-to-date content to our global workforce at any time and any place that they wish. MindTickle greatly accelerates our on-boarding learning curve for new-hires. It allows us to safeguard our IP. It enables managers to monitor their employees' mandatory training progress and suggest optional courses for supplementing their knowledge. Likewise, MindTickle enables us to safely share knowledge with our partners and keep them current with the latest product information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Content development can require significant resources, so leverage MindTickle's competent professional services staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I love working with the Mindtickle team to translate our vision into a systemic solution. The response from the internal users has been overwhelmingly positive. It has made my job incredibly easy, our adoption rate at launch was 90%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing we are dissatisfied with. The product and team have exceeded our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adoption has gone up

Automation saves us time and money

Don't let the fear of migration from an old, limited LMS platform prevent you from making the move to Mindtickle. They make it incredibly easy, and you'll look like a genius immediately after going live.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is easy to use and we like the Salesforce integration. 14 out of 16 users of the initial role play had no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues appeared and were resolved pertaining to the initial role play.

Onboarding, continuous training, and real-time updates.

Great UI, Even Better Support

What do you like best about the product?
MT is a modular system that is extremely well thought out. It allows us constantly update our materials as our products evolve, create new and meaningful interactions for our sales reps, and allows us to ensure our teams are receiving the relevant knowledge to be successful. The Missions are far more effective to validate knowledge retention than other solutions we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still certain features that are in production, but updates are made in a way that allows us to ensure growth of the trainings. I do wish there were easier ways to update users and reviewers, from a single screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're fully productizing our training and how we disseminate information to our global staff. It's easy for us to create and upload new trainings, the MT staff, Sameer in particular, are amazingly supportive, and we're already seeing the fruits of our labor.

It helped in created Impact in Sales Enablement from day 1
Just so easy for employees to use
Great User Experience and User Interaction
Speed of designing elements for learning and enablement and collaborating
A superb customer service and instructional design team that helps you get off the blocks even if you don't have your own instructional design team
Great consulting advice on how to make sales learning impactful, resonant and business centric
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have helped if they could share some pre-existing material that other organizations have approved for sharing. Helps get started faster. But I guess that's proprietary and it's good that they respect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Enabling my sales team and sales extension team go to market faster
- It has helped my sales team in singing from the same song book

2. Refreshers in product training and sales management
- helps in growth of my sales leaders and sales individual contributors

3. Onboarding and reducing ramp up time
- I clearly see this as helping reduce the ramp up time to negative days (-10) in some of the jobs for which we regularly hire, as the solution allows us to share access outside of the core domain / company.

Go for it if you want to see clear impact for your sales organization that is scalable, adaptable to your growth and can redefine the way you communicate ever lasting impact.
