Great UI, Even Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
MT is a modular system that is extremely well thought out. It allows us constantly update our materials as our products evolve, create new and meaningful interactions for our sales reps, and allows us to ensure our teams are receiving the relevant knowledge to be successful. The Missions are far more effective to validate knowledge retention than other solutions we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still certain features that are in production, but updates are made in a way that allows us to ensure growth of the trainings. I do wish there were easier ways to update users and reviewers, from a single screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're fully productizing our training and how we disseminate information to our global staff. It's easy for us to create and upload new trainings, the MT staff, Sameer in particular, are amazingly supportive, and we're already seeing the fruits of our labor.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could have helped if they could share some pre-existing material that other organizations have approved for sharing. Helps get started faster. But I guess that's proprietary and it's good that they respect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Enabling my sales team and sales extension team go to market faster
- It has helped my sales team in singing from the same song book
2. Refreshers in product training and sales management
- helps in growth of my sales leaders and sales individual contributors
3. Onboarding and reducing ramp up time
- I clearly see this as helping reduce the ramp up time to negative days (-10) in some of the jobs for which we regularly hire, as the solution allows us to share access outside of the core domain / company.

Sales Enablement at a Global FMCG firm
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like. Especially in the case of my organisation which has 1500+ field sales supervisors. Some of whom have been working for >15 years and belong to the generation that is not the most tech savvy of the lot. Mindtickle has allowed me address the Sales development & Sales Capability needs of the organisation at a much faster pace than would have been possible with a traditional e-learning platform.
I would divide my likes into 3 parts:
1. User experience - Simple & easy to understand UI - The platform (web & app) is extremely easy to use & very intuitive for even the most technoligically challenged epmployees.
2. Admin experience - This is the heart of the platform & what really makes it stand out from the clutter. Detailed analytics of Consumption of information, Knowledge score, & learner level reports allow one to mine the data & directly correlate the same with business goals.
3. The Mindtickle team - The best part has been the people @Mindtickle. Ever open to feedback & the product itself has progressed by leaps & bounds within the 14 months I have been using Mindtickle. In fact, I take pride in some of the new features which were part of my feedback given to the team (I am sure I was not the only one btw).

A fantastic Sales Readiness Platform for our start-up company
What do you like best about the product?
The support with any questions that I have, to suggestions on how I can improve my training department by leveraging their features has been a great asset in taking our training to the next level. The analytics features allow me to quickly find training gaps out on the floor. The millennials out on the sales feature enjoy the gamifications and create a healthy competition for the top scores. Very user friendly to learn and build curriculum and even received proper training to get me going from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time as there hasn't been any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to identify training gaps out on the sales floor by pushing 5 question quizzes, even surveying the employees on what they are in need of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been blown away by the support along the way and am proud of our Mindtickle library after almost a year. Their ID team delivers top notch quality work as well.

What do you like best about the product?
This is user friendly easy to deploy sales enablement platform. We have been a client of MindTickle for two years now and have deployed this across our entire sales force. They have been a true partner and worked with us to adapt the tool to the evolving business needs of our organization. They have advised us on how to best use the system and taken our feedback on business needs that they system could address. This tool has both a strong desktop and a growing mobile capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had challenges with reporting and analytics which they are addressing in the next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a strong user of their role play practice capability. They have allowed us to move from static learning to capturing talk tracks and skill demonstrations. This is critical for developing sales professionals. This capability is very unique in the sales enablement tools we evaluated. There are practice tools and there are learning systems. MindTickle is the strongest system that combines the functionality of both.
We use the tool to evaluate candidates that are aspiring to become Sales Development Reps.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and manageability of the platform. Also there is plenty the offer plenty of functionality at a very reasonable cost . Their support is also excellent, always there to assist with any of my request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much. We are using the product a bit differently than most of their typical users on the platform. It would be a bit easier to work with if the platform were designed for external individuals- that may help more with our user engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better enabling sales rep with the tools to be successful when making cold call. We are seeing an increase in our pool of internal and external candidates.

The overall simplicity of use for the learner. The combination of quizzes and pitch backs for knowledge certification.

Would like the folder structure enhanced to allow for more nesting of subject topics. Having a manager come in as a viewer not a reviewer.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use from both admin and user perspective. As an admin, I can easily upload video content and broadcast it to our entire sales force or just a geographical or departmental subset. I can regularly quiz our sales reps to make sure they are on top of their game at all times. It keeps us sharp.
On the user side, our reps find it easy and enjoyable to consume mindtickle content via the mobile app. The gamification adds a competitive aspect to learning that really hits home with our sales teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike of this product. The support and customer success is great. I hope they keep adding more functionality to the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-person sales training is simply not scalable in our business. Our company is one that is rapidly innovating our sellable product/service line so we need to be able to update our sales force on a dime. Mindtickle's lightweight solution allows us to do that: create engaging content that is just as easy to create and share as it is to consume. Were also able to deliver more effective onboarding content on day 1 of a new sales rep's career which ultimately has driven down our average time to full productivity for all new sales reps.

I would love for the Mobile App and SFDC connectivity to have even more capabilities.

With thousands of channel partners selling our products we needed an effective way to train and certify our partner reps. With MindTickle we were able to increase the number of partners trained on our product/solution.
An added benefit is that we created an engaging training experience with a solution that is easy to navigate, deploy and manage.
