What do you like best about the product?
Enable.us is a solid platform. It's easy to navigate, easy for reps to use, and provides a simple, vibrant experience for potential-and-current customers. Implementation was a breeze. Support's been stellar (shoutout to Lynn!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a little messy if Sales, MKTG, and CS are all using the platform with tons of content. For now, you'll just need to ensure content attributes/filters are optimized. I'd suggest adding the ability to adjust content visibility by Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable.us makes it super easy to find content that's relevant for my team. They can then share that content with potential and current customers whilst receiving insights into content engagement (or lack thereof). Digital Sales Rooms organize all that content in one place for the recipients, ensuring nothing is lost in long email threads.
Great tool for sharing information
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create templates and reuse content to share with clients. Virtually eliminates version control issues that plagued my team, and is accessible to even the most technologically challenged of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches that I would expect to have been resolved by now, like telling me I will lose unsaved changes after I've already saved. A bit nerve wracking, and I'm sure someday I'll actually lose unsaved changes assuming it is in error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping resources organized, making it easy for us to stay on top of key deliverables, and create transperency within our team and with the client.
Simple Tool for Personalized Resource Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to consolidate multiple types of content for a partner or organization (pdf, videos, links, etc.). Easy to personalize to the reciever
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be a little cumbersome when formatting a room, but this is being very knit-picky. Overall I would rather have speed vs customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending over multiple resources to a partner and wanting an easy space to host it all. Ability to determine what resources are being consumed.
Such a massive help for closing deals
What do you like best about the product?
I love the centralized place to store all follow up materials that can be shared around to anyone. Also love the reporting I get from who visited the link and what they clicked on.

Nothing that I have found yet! It is very easy to use and understand

Excellent tool for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to provide sales reps with additional ammo for prospects. Being able to provide links to testimonials, videos, one pagers on services, etc. is so helpful as follow up post call or getting a prospects attention as an additional touch point. The reporting helps me determine a certain level of interest from the customer and having it integrated with PandaDocs is very helpful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Enable Us' fault, but certain companies have firewalls in place that don't allow them to open the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a one stop shop for all collateral I need access to to provide to prospects and customers. When I started my new role, it was also helpful to review customer testimonials and the one pagers of services we provide from an enablement perspective.
"Smooth Online Video Training Experience"
What do you like best about the product?
My experience working closely with Mindtickle has been quite enlightenment. The vide training process in which there are no problems becomes more digestible even with respect to lengthy content (it is normally tired in other platforms). Streaming multiple sections without hiccups has really revolutionized the way our team interacts with learning modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I have realized that it could be better if the User Profiles could be more user-friendly. A little hindrance comes in when the process to drill-down into Your Participation Stats’ or finding modules In Progress redirects or does not load properly if the task is still not complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has been of great importance in solving the challenge of delivering uniform training within the team. It employs its segmented and structured content delivery method to ensure that all participants are in sync with one another. It has created a more efficient team better placed to handle our projects’ requirements.
Very useful tool for selling out a plan
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I like most about MindTickle is its slick interface that is so easy to use. # Ensuring that our training materials are stored in appropriate quantities while playing flawlessly throughout, is what the content editting functionality guarantees for our services. Reviewing is made straightforward for effective feedback and subsequent post-editing of our products. The ability to do direct modifications of our training modules on the platform has been a tremendous added advantage. It is very obvious that a lot of care has been taken to ensure that user experience is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit lacking not having a picture in picture when one needs to put together some larger story from different recordings. It provides growth and improvement opportunity especially towards complex presentation needs.

Mindtickle deals with training and communication processes. They helped to ensure that there is standardized training for the staff within the team.

Definitely creates an impression
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a portal in Enable Us gives a certain air of professionalism without being too novel.

It could have more integrations with CRMs

It provides a portal where the sales pipeline can flow smoothly. From scoping exercise sheets to proposals and MSAs; it significantly improves the buyer experience

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily navigate through all of the collateral and content and easily create a site for prospects and customers.

I wish the end user didn't have to click on a link from an outside source
