What do you like best about the product?
I have used Mindtickle for a while now and its features have proved handy as an app developer. Artistic design is the part of the design that delivers a delightful experience to the sales representatives in our business. Additionally, the app has enhanced the learning of our company’s staff. The assignments and assessments that are provided make us feel like we understand various significant business ideas. In sum, Mindtickle enables our team to learn and apply the gained skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have noticed a small hitch when attempting to scroll the material. Additionally, although the tool is relatively intelligent, the K-scores for assessments and certifications could be based on more facts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle tackles the problem of making a highly-trained sales team. In my case as an app developer, it’s the easiness of information dissemination. This implies that sales team is knowledgeable thereby passing in the overall performance of our product indirectly.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s not my first experience of using Mindtickle in sales enablement in the company. However, what distinguishes the platform is its knowledge calibration tools that help to ensure our team’s performance metrics correlate with company goals. With the integrated API, we connect Mindtickle to our existing tools very easily and everything flows seamlessly. Additionally, the metrics provided aid in understanding of and placing the team as relates to sales knowledge. Appreciate how it helps in aligning sales strategies, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when perusing the reading materials, I have realized small errors, particularly when scrolling so fast. Additionally, I think that the intelligent assessments may need to be enhanced because the certifications and K-scores sometimes do not correspond to the real depth of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle help to address the knowledge gaps within the sales team. I have been able to track the team’s performance and make real metrics towards improvement, all through the platform. This leads to better outcomes because the latter guarantees that our sales strategies are more effective.

Being right in the sales world, my sincere appreciation to Mindtikle software for comprehending that software should be user-friendly. It is not just an informational training with MindTickle, it is a transformation training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that sometimes when I have joined into a course and I go to the scenario’s name, it does not seem to exist. Some additional information for admins on updates to tools or other feature releases would also be nice to have.

Mindtikle is dealing with the issue of inefficiencies in our training programs. This provides our team with the right information in the right moment, allowing our sales approach to remain top-notch. The benefits? Better sales results and customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Mindtickle is that I'm able to learn at my pace, recieve feedback in a timely manner, navigating through the platform with ease and complete the missions. I use it often and check how my peers are progressing as well. The implementation was easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
As tough as it may sound to believe, there's nothing I dislike about the Mindtickle approach to learning. After 23 years of being in sales, this is the very best learning and coaching platform I have ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is giving me back time. Being able to mentor and coach the sales reps on my team through all the tools in Mindtickle has giving me the ability to have a more robust approach to training without having to stop them or myself from focusing on the day to day business that needs to be taken care of.
One of the Best LMS Tool in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features available for Enabling, Training & Certification. Right from their different types of modules (Course, quick-update, assessment, etc.), it has very powerful reporting features that make life so easy to track the status. And most importantly they consistently work towards product improvement and enhancement. The platform is very easy to use with excellent customer support to help you round the clock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now there is nothing which I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using 2 Mindtickle instances. One is being used for Sales Enablement of all the internal employees and the second is being used for Training, Enablement, and certification of our Partners. Mindtickle has allowed us to easily create learning programs for all our Partners and track the status of their progress with amazing analytics feature.
Advanced Learning Platform Ideal for Sales & Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
User friednly platform, inetractive and gamified version is awesome like cherry on top. It is easy to use that you dont need to re-login or confirm credentials like evry day or after couple of hour.Best part is whenevr you encounter any issue , you recieve realtime customer help to resolve your issue within a few minues. As an admin we recieve content update/change requests frequesntly from our trainers and program leads so it is quite easy to replace and update content and implement changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search bar is not sensitive to exact course so it is user friedly for learner but a little effort is required for Admin role to complate back-end work. As an admin we try to work through multiple tabs to save our time (thanks that option is avialable) but sometimes it gets slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Readiness Index is a complex criteria to implement in a system and analyse results against learning efforts. This platform provide you transperent solution and exact area of improvement and even strong areas of the learner`s perfromance and correlation with our learning efforts.

Navigation and submission of coaching sessions was very smooth. Timely reminders were send for completion of pending or assigned task. Segregation of tasks as per role. Reading material for self developmant.

Right now I didnt found any dislike towards Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Step wise approach and support provided on Mindtickle is very good and directional. Data stored for next conversation which helps me bridge my previous conversation. Live recordings of task submission are very helpful. I can finish the task as per my convenience.
