What do you like best about the product?
After 8 months of research and evaluating vendors we selected MT as our vendor of choice. Couldn't be more pleased. The experience has been outstanding and the customer Success Team is perfectly aligned and engaged to ensure success. We've seen tremendous impact already.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. The product roadmap is aggressive and they have been great at listening to feedback to make enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding was taking too long and lacked blended learning. Sales Readiness Index scores was also something that was intriguing for us.

What do you like best about the product?
We are empowering and aligning our sales team, all within an easy to manage, easy to update and easy to measure platform. We no longer have to worry about where to find our storytelling assets, and know what content our clients are consuming during the path to purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enable Us by Mindtickle continues to evolve and enhance their offering. The initial product had some limitations, but these were very quickly part of the roadmap and we are now experiencing a platform that surpasses our initial expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team, and not just sales, are aligned on one single selling and training platform. We create content and share across the organization, in a very effective and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a robust platform with excellent content management. The ability to upload content and then use it anywhere in the platform is helpful for facilitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle can be slow to load at times resulting in having to open multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is helping us to solve our content management. We are able to upload content and then use that same content in a variety of different ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the sales and support team is ultra-responsive. Over the years, the MT product and innovation teams have also spent ample time understanding customer needs and ensuring this drives the product roadmap. I believe this has accelerated over the past three years with a much higher focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think they have a ways to go with a highly approachable interface. The two-level (Series and Course) hierarchy does not allow for a lot of aggregation and categorization within traditional learning path and program levels. This causes users to have to scroll down far too much to get to assigned learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great and needed platform for coaching and for managing learning assignments across a number of modes.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success/support teams are extremely helpful. Lynn has been amazing to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say. The platform continues to get better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the visits and time spent on content. It helps me to know how much interest they show when reviewing resources.

I love it nothing to dislike.it's easy to set up and I use it for all my opportunities.

It is great for prospects to review later or decision makers that can't make the demo meeting to review after.

Mindtickle for Sales Enablement

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle has a super easy UI design when it comes to the admin platform and the learner platform. It's easy to navigate and pick up if you are new to managing an LMS. You have the ability to set up your own automations without having to interact with a technical person or an engineer. If you are looking for something turnkey and easy to use, Mindtickle would be a great choice.

The platform also has a variety of different features - videos, assignments, gamification, coaching, etc. - that allows for you to get creative with your e-learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle's analytics platform is very basic. It can tell you about performance and attendance data, but layering your company information on top of these data sets will have to be taken out of the platform. There isn't much flexibility to the heirarchies feature in the analytics platform. For example, I cannot see a summary of how all leader's teams are doing on a specific series. It also requires multiple clicks on the manager side to get the information about how their reps are performing.

The amount of features within Mindtickle is also a pro and a con. If you do not have a good understanding of the business needs of the learning and what is possible in Mindtickle, there is a chance you will not utilize all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps us understand how someone is performing on Enablement trainings. It helps us identify if our Enablement business is successful which in turn helps us confidently tell sales our impact to their business. It also helps us scale out trainings without constantly needing to host in-person/virtual sessions. The reps are allowed to complete trainings on their own time and reduces friction between Enablement and Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized and uniform the platform is. It's easy to use! It simplifes the training process and helps with providing coaching opportunities for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything I dislike at this time. I'm still a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is tracked better! It's easy to find data/information! It's saving me time!
