The best learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Learn anything anywhere. The most beautiful part is it allows you to update yourself from time to time, which is the best part of developing your skills and knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't work offline or in low internet connection. If it is possible, make it more updated at the corporate level as well as for personal development because it varies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data we read is stored on it permanently. Whenever you want to open any file, it always opens in a better way. If you are not able to understand it the first time, you can pause and rewind it.
A good solid LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is great, well structured and data can be pulled and worked with to give you the stats you need
What do you dislike about the product?
So, for this I will say that each LMS has things where it is/isnt strong. For me, some of the fiddly settings in MT are annoying, but once set, you are done.

It is helping us get the learning to the sales teams globally...
MindTickle exceeds expectations
What do you like best about the product?
After 8 months of research and evaluating vendors we selected MT as our vendor of choice. Couldn't be more pleased. The experience has been outstanding and the customer Success Team is perfectly aligned and engaged to ensure success. We've seen tremendous impact already.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. The product roadmap is aggressive and they have been great at listening to feedback to make enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding was taking too long and lacked blended learning. Sales Readiness Index scores was also something that was intriguing for us.
Beyond expectations
What do you like best about the product?
We are empowering and aligning our sales team, all within an easy to manage, easy to update and easy to measure platform. We no longer have to worry about where to find our storytelling assets, and know what content our clients are consuming during the path to purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enable Us by Mindtickle continues to evolve and enhance their offering. The initial product had some limitations, but these were very quickly part of the roadmap and we are now experiencing a platform that surpasses our initial expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team, and not just sales, are aligned on one single selling and training platform. We create content and share across the organization, in a very effective and efficient manner.
Using Mindtickle on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a robust platform with excellent content management. The ability to upload content and then use it anywhere in the platform is helpful for facilitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle can be slow to load at times resulting in having to open multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is helping us to solve our content management. We are able to upload content and then use that same content in a variety of different ways.
Listening to customers results in big experience and capability improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the sales and support team is ultra-responsive. Over the years, the MT product and innovation teams have also spent ample time understanding customer needs and ensuring this drives the product roadmap. I believe this has accelerated over the past three years with a much higher focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still think they have a ways to go with a highly approachable interface. The two-level (Series and Course) hierarchy does not allow for a lot of aggregation and categorization within traditional learning path and program levels. This causes users to have to scroll down far too much to get to assigned learning.

It's a great and needed platform for coaching and for managing learning assignments across a number of modes.

The customer success/support teams are extremely helpful. Lynn has been amazing to work with.

I love the enable room for customers to review content.

I love seeing the visits and time spent on content. It helps me to know how much interest they show when reviewing resources.

I love it nothing to dislike.it's easy to set up and I use it for all my opportunities.

It is great for prospects to review later or decision makers that can't make the demo meeting to review after.

Very reptative to set it up, the UI is very dull
