Worth to use MindTickle

What do you like best about the product?
It is in very good sync with CRM. Never faced any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at this point of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to use along with Salesforce for the training series for the new hires. Always worked very smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a customer success manager to support us every step of the way! We reached over 80% adoption with our company in the first few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle has truly saved us in storing all enablement materials. I hope they come to Raleigh to host an event!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for enablement and helpful templates to not have to start from scratch!

Great LMS platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to use, has great UX (meaning better adoption, and the reporting and analytics capabilities are very strong making it easier to show ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin on the platform, some things are not super intuitive. They are continuing to make updates though and this is being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An on-demand option for training that all of our regions can access. Assessment and reporting capabilities that show training effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I am most impressed with Mindtickle's versatile capabilities and its ability to help organisations create engaging, effective professional development materials. Its on-demand services are also a great benefit for those who need additional help or insight in developing their content products. The intuitive nature of the software enables novice authors to be just as successful as experienced professionals, minimising any learning curve. Automated learning paths have revolutionised the way people learn by reducing ramp-up and onboarding times, making sales enablement more accessible than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly enjoy using MindTickle because the horizontal layout can make it difficult to keep track of where you are in the material. I have also experienced some confusion as sessions sometimes feel like they end abruptly without warning. As a result, we've limited our use of the platform to surveys and questionnaires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MindTickle as my official LMS to streamline the way I consume valuable information about product features and key company policies. By using this system, I save time in creating modules for training purposes such as product training, sales techniques or HR-related guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about MindTickle is the comprehensive dashboard it provides for evaluating and interpreting data. Not only does this tool allow me to easily see a huge amount of information at once, it also provides a range of interactive options. I find it extremely useful to be able to take quizzes and then compare my results with others on the same platform; such features motivate me to push myself further and learn new skills better than ever before. It is worth noting that several of the biggest brands are also using MindTickle to make targeted knowledge sharing between their teams even more intuitive and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I take issue with the way Mindtickle operates its points system, as it is both overly complicated and unfair. Furthermore, the length of time it takes to receive feedback after answering a questionnaire can often be very frustrating. The regular emails reminding me of training I have already completed further exacerbate the situation. In addition, navigating through a course using a mobile device can be very difficult in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I started using MindTickle, it has made my job much easier. Through its comprehensive training platform and personalised content delivery system, I have been able to get the exact information I need when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience and ease of use of the quizzes offered by MindTickle. The combination of useful, basic knowledge with up-to-date information is something I find invaluable in my current role; it helps me stay on top of changing events so we can make informed decisions for our company. In addition, as someone who seeks both professional development and career advancement within organizations, having access to quiz material at any time helps me stay ahead of the game in terms of what I need to know now in order to advance later.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really dislike about Mindtickle is that it is often a time-consuming and tedious process. Uploading videos is slow, buffering takes even longer, and if you delay watching a video, you have to start all over again, no matter how long or short the video is. This can be extremely frustrating when you're trying to complete class assignments that require watching long videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps me solve my employee input problems, saving me time and effort. With its comprehensive conversation feature, I can quickly build trust with clients and customers, establishing meaningful interactions right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about MindTickle is its ease of use. As we have been using this sales support software for two years, everyone in sales relies on its helpful features. MindTickle has also been a great partner, modifying and adapting its product based on our feedback and providing effective training to ensure the technology is implemented correctly in our organisation. And with more and more people now able to use both mobile and desktop versions, there is no doubt why so many companies continue to trust MindTickle as a reliable partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the visualisations that Mindtickle offers, however I'd like to see a clearer overall picture that would make it easier to download individual reports for each team. Additional changes to the interface could make it easier and faster for staff to manage different profiles. In addition, some features should be clearer and easier to find to streamline changes to user profiles when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MindTickle, I can develop my sales skills quickly and effectively. Instead of spending time on role-playing or making a personal presentation to senior management, I get their feedback directly through the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I am particularly impressed with the MindTickle platform. Its system for adding users, organising them into groups and assigning training material is a breeze for administrators to use. It also offers the flexibility to create custom modules or make changes as needed. The customer support team respond promptly to my queries, which makes it even better! In addition, the analysis of data within each group gives managers an up-to-the-minute view of their teams' progress, while providing an aesthetically pleasing interface that is easy for everyone to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of automation for our badge and new hire programmes. We manually add users to different learning series after each week of training, which is time consuming and tedious. It would streamline operations if we could set up an automated system that would consistently add people to a specific learning series or move them to another when they complete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle solves the problem of keeping track of when new policies are implemented across different departments in our organisation. This helps us to stay up to date and gain a full understanding of any new products or systems, ensuring that we are well informed at all times.

Essential for optimal success

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that MindTickle can be used as a supplement to regular exercise without much extra effort, which has allowed me to get away from hours of watching TV. It also allows the teacher to manage classes and assess student performance in an efficient manner. I also admire the leaderboard system as it encourages healthy competition within our organization and helps us identify potential product champions among employees - something everyone enjoys because we can achieve great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the forced weekly schedule of Mindtickle's courses. Even after completing a course out of sequence, I needed to complete weeks already completed in order for my progress to be saved and counted. The timeout feature forced users away from their screens for long periods of time that could have been better spent elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a global organization, I need to make sure everyone is aware of new products or certifications. MindTickle helps me do just that - it allows me to replay all-hands meetings and ensures that certification and compliance training reaches everyone in my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive MindTickle is to use and how it allows me to quickly review material. The integration of a grading system with badges further encourages users to progress through the platform. Furthermore, its synchronisation with my email ensures that I stay on track for any upcoming coursework or modules! The ability to see other colleagues' scores also boosts user motivation by creating friendly competition between peers - something you just don't get in an offline environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that Mindtickle does not always accurately reflect when a module has been completed, even though all the subtasks have been completed. This lack of accuracy becomes even more difficult to manage when there are problems with an unreliable internet connection, as users can't easily tell which slides have been viewed and which have not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me to put myself in the customer's shoes and gain valuable insights into their wants, needs and commercial perspectives. This makes it easier for me to appreciate the value my clients bring not only to our organisation, but also to my own goals as a professional.
