Easy and effective learning with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the range of features offered by Mindtickle. In particular, I like tracking my score in a course and see how it compares to my peers. It's also helpful that the available courses are conveniently listed on the home page with time stamps to indicate completion status. In addition, a well-designed folder organization system combined with a simple search bar makes finding content easy and straightforward. Finally, having due and overdue tasks at a glance is extremely useful, helping me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it takes more work to create MindTickle training content than a quick webinar or a one-time session, the results are worth the extra effort. To foster an atmosphere that encourages innovation and imaginative thinking, I may need to help some entrenched leaders understand the value of considering alternative approaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me keep my sales team organized and productive in a remote environment. Its gamification features make it easy to track progress, set goals and measure success - all from one place.

MindTickle is a deal preparing stage. It has highlights for onboarding, item preparing, instructing, and progressing execution makes sure that assists organizations with setting up their outreach groups and accomplices. What do you dislike about the product?

In my opinion, it is more beneficial to invest time in completing courses when you are ready and willing, rather than wasting energy revisiting the same material because the hard work has not been properly saved. To this end, an easy way to record my current position would be very helpful.

Mindtickle gives me the ability to be organised and have immediate access to product-related information so I can be as efficient, productive and effective as possible during my meetings.
An excellent resource
What do you like best about the product?
I love Mindtickle because it is an excellent resource. With its versatile access option, I can easily log in from anywhere - be it my laptop or smartphone - and train on all sorts of topics without any hassle. What's even more appealing to me is the interactive gamification section, which not only helps me track my progress, but also allows me to compare myself with other users. This makes it easy to keep track of current and future training needs, such as mandatory and elective courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unhappy with the consequences of submitting incorrect answers to multiple choice questions on Mindtickle. I felt it was unfair that I was penalized for clicking on an incorrect answer before moving on, even though I had not yet fully understood the topic. In my opinion, you should not be penalized for this type of mistake until after you have clicked 'Next' to allow time for review and understanding.

I'm benefiting from Mindtickle by having global, comprehensive sales training focused on refining pitches and product knowledge. This helps ensure a consistent product launch across divisions, territories and industries, so I can always deliver an effective message for maximum impact.

Its system performance occasionally lags, especially when accessing more substantial modules or material. The flow of the instruction may be disturbed. Also, more sophisticated functionality might improve the reporting and analytics features' insights and analysis.

Easy to use, gives insights into content usage, has everything a team would need in a deal room
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is when uploading a large number of assets you have to go into each one to change the cover images, but you can edit all other information such as the title, asset type etc. Just not cover images

Gives us a place to store assets that the sales team can use, as well as gives us insight into the intent of a prospect and what content they are/aren't interested in order to help us close more deals

The platform is incredibly powerful. We are able to use it for training, coaching, call intelligence, assets management, and digital sales rooms. Having everything in one instance is incredibly powerful

Mindtickle has great potential and is a good tool as it stands. There is still an opportunity to improve the UI and continue to build functionality to ensure that each part of their solution is best in class.

Maximising my time with Mindtickle
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate MindTickle's ability to facilitate our organisation's training and mentoring goals. The interactive material is comprehensive and allows us to effectively deliver a wide range of training programmes. These courses have been beneficial in advancing my sales career due to the logical progression from one module to the next - significantly reducing learning time! I also find that its communication features, such as direct commenting, help me to gain an even better understanding of all the topics presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many problems with Mindtickle. However, the need to watch full-length videos to complete the training can be time consuming and quite frustrating. Also, it would be beneficial if Mindtickle could remember my previous position within a playthrough so that I could easily pick up from my previous position without having to start from scratch each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from MindTickle's improved time management and cyber-education capabilities. It allows me to save valuable hours by quickly understanding what is most important to me and keeping abreast of the latest trends.
An excellent source of information and research
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Mindtickle is its intuitive interface. It's easy to search through a variety of topics and activities, and you get reminders if tasks aren't completed on time. The ability for managers to see what tasks their team members have left to do ensures accountability, while also providing an overview of everyone's progress. Finally, the percentage completion tracker attached to each activity makes it easy to pick up midway - it really helps you stay organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of organisation in the introduction section of Mindtickle. Many of the lessons I have already completed appear and some that are irrelevant to me take extra effort to reach or avoid altogether. It would be much more user friendly if there was an easier way for users like me to sort through the lessons that are relevant to them without having to click around multiple times.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Mindtickle provides an easy to use platform. It gives me the ability and convenience to track my progress by providing side-scrolling titles of all the different modules I have gone through or need to go through; it makes e-learning a breeze! The user friendly interface makes learning exciting as it's more interactive than ever before - no matter what subject I'm studying, there's never a dull moment. As someone who's passionate about growth and development opportunities, having this amazing tool at my fingertips has allowed me to not only understand everything better, but also retain it for longer periods of time.

I don't have any dislike of Mindtickle, but if I could make a suggestion it would be to work on automating the saving process so users can resume their training and education courses exactly where they left off. This way there won't be any gaps in learning or data loss – which is especially helpful when dealing with longer courses.

MindTickle helps me solve the problem of inadequate training, saves me time and allows me to work more efficiently. I'm able to quickly train a larger group of people without the need for additional resources or support staff.
