Good Learning and Training Mnagement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is best for training and learning. This software enables us to work on the new process after a good exercise. We can download the broachers and learning materials whenever required. Mobile application is beneficial for a quick refresh.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Mindtickle on my Android and ios device, but I feel that Mindticle is appropriately working in Android only; User Interface needs to improve in the ios version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is a training tool for corporates, and it makes the training highly efficient. It does it work as a good LMS tool by helping us with a proper learning journey, a learning directory, self-assessment tools.

A little bulky to build rooms, but not unbearable.

I had a good experience in using this.We can completely enagage ourselves through the training since its through game.
Its very user friendly tool, where we can comptete with friends through the gaming pattern.
It will be useful for the sale folks to share enhancemnet on the onbording.

Sometimes we don't get the full credit.Other than that nothing else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gamification and the fun whatever we are making , will keep us motivated and think us to win.

Stand-out sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
The mutual Action Plan and the ability to put everything in one place for your prospect is a real game-changer and makes life easy. It also creates a memorable user and customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little so far. It takes a little time to get up to speed with the UX, but once you've tried it out a couple of times, it works well. It could just be my laptop, but the video functionality needs a little work. Still strong capability though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to stay in touch with the buyer and create that source of truth. It enables the prospect to see everything in one place very quickly, saving time and hassle.
Insightful and engaging!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Mindtickle extremely beneficial because it provides an effective way to transition from traditional training methods while avoiding unnecessary burdens. There is no need for rigid rules governing the assessment process or lesson plans, allowing trainers much more freedom in executing their strategies. In addition, tracking progress becomes super easy with leaderboards that motivate individuals to perform well and compete fairly with their peers - resulting in higher engagement rates and better overall results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few issues with Mindtickle. First, the program is difficult to navigate and it's not always practical for me to drill down to the information I need. Also, their scoring system doesn't accurately reflect users' abilities, as everyone scores perfectly; some people even seem to be randomly favored for no reason or merit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Mindtickle because it allows me to distribute timely, relevant information and insights throughout my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in creating the rooms is definitely a plus, as my initial thoughts were that room creation would take too long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say there are downsides, but maybe more tools to instigate interaction in the room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EnableUs allows me to have a 1 stop shop setting where partners I train are able to gather all needed information, as opposed to looking in multiple different locations for info.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to my employer and new to Enable Us. My first impressions are ease of use and the value of being able to adjust content that helps educate clients and drive value. The platform seems flexible and intuitive. I had only one small hurdle - which was promptly addressed by Enable Us - in adjusting my profile and 'ownership' of rooms as a newcomer to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had only a minor hurdle initially in updating my clients' rooms. I was initially unable to see an error in the way my employer set my permissions - I was not an 'owner' of the rooms - and as I tried to edit my contact points in the room, I kept seeing my name but the previous owner's email.
I reached out late on a Friday to Lynn Pietryga and she immediately jumped in to help, even setting up a screen share on Monday to fully address the issue. The ability to connect with Enable Us (via Lynn!) to quickly sort out the issue is a true value-add. That level of personal attention and quick resolution is invaluable to me as a new user of Enable Us. Thank you, Lynn!

For our business, Enable Us allows for a brand extension and training delivery. It provides a repository of training data that our clients can easily access to upskill and resolve issues with our offering.

What do you like best about the product?
Enable Us is easy to use and has lots of potential. We are using it to keep action items organized with our client. They love it.

Enable Us could use better communication templates.

It is allowing us to provide tasks for the customer to complete in one spot with due dates and task reminder emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MindTickle's email notifications the most because they keep me up to date on the application's content and remind me to complete reading assignments efficiently and effectively. The ability to customize these emails based on my availability is a convenient tool that helps streamline processes without compromising quality or productivity levels. In addition, I have also found great value in using MindTickle analytics, which provides insight into employee knowledge retention after using training materials presented within the Working Smarter Academy - this platform monetizes our understanding for insightful future decision making by ensuring we remain compliant with industry standards when delivering services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the features in Mindtickle to be quite annoying. For example, I've found it difficult to access questions unless I'm watching a video - even if I've watched it before and answered it correctly the last time. Even more annoying, this issue only seems to occur on my mobile app platform, which adds to the frustration of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from MindTickle by having access to all-hands meetings, certification and compliance training that applies to my entire organization.
Effectively acquire time-saving skills and knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I find the features of Mindtickle's lessons extremely useful. The ability to break courses into manageable chunks is a great way to ensure that topics are learned more efficiently and effectively. I also enjoy being able to view engaging text as well as visuals in video form - and having the autonomy to control how fast or slow I move through each lecture enhances my learning experience even more! In addition, it is beneficial for reinforcing acquired knowledge by providing multiple question formats, such as free text and matching, as opposed to standard multiple choice, during the "knowledge check" review sessions at the end of each topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I think Mindtickle is an excellent platform; however, I would suggest that they focus on developing a mobile-friendly version or app of the site. This could lead to improved navigation, usability, and performance for those using it on their phones or tablets. Despite this minor issue, there have been no other problems with my experience using Mindtickle so far.

MindTickle has solved my problem of understanding how to sell to each prospect. With its comprehensive training solutions, I am now able to easily explain how my work can help a company solve specific challenges.
