What do you like best about the product?
I like Mindtickle for its relaxed atmosphere and stress-free approach to learning. The interface is easy to navigate and the logical structure keeps me motivated and on task. For me, Mindtickle stands out from other educational tools in that it offers a more engaging form of training without overwhelming users with reading material or overcomplicating topics. Whenever I need to complete work-related training activities, this is always my first choice; everything else just feels like a waste of time in comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the main drawback of MindTickle is the extra effort required to create and upload training content. However, I believe it is still worthwhile to create this type of material as an alternative method for onboarding or ongoing employee development. Encouraging managers to be more inventive and innovative sometimes requires a slight shift in their mindset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps me improve my performance by capitalizing on the strengths and weaknesses of my skills. With its insight, I have become more aware of the areas that need development, while allowing me time to focus more effectively on the areas that are already strong.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, they are very good at providing support. When our use case is different than the standard, they incorporate our needs into the roadmap. When we need simple fixes, they make the immediately. They are great at listening and then taking action.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few places in the product that have too many clicks to get things done. Luckily these are already slated to be fixed in the near future. I like the analytics reports, although the dashboards need some help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more insight into seller behavior and what they are interested in consuming. With learning and asset management, we have a better view of what the sellers need and want. It also has solved some organizational issues so sellers can find materials more quickly. It has also made it much easier to produce quick updates on learning topics using the built-in tools for eL and videos.

Extremely thorough set of features & capabilities!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is. With this tool, you can support almost any program or program setup your heart desires. The gamification features are also the best on the market, and the quest module type is aligned with modern learning research! Mindtickle can grow with you and support nuanced and complex programming needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it can sometimes be a little buggy / slow (e.g., certain buttons not appearing at random times or the auto-save working slowly) and while I hope that improves over time it's still absolutely worth it for me for the features and funtionality you get with Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has allowed us to create scalable learning programs tailored to each role within our Revenue Organization and to assess the impact and performance of those programs effectively. It has enabled us to refine our program objectives, save time within the enablement team, incentivize behaviors, and build more trust with our revenue team members and leaders.

Feature-rich, easy-to-use and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Mindtickle's easy-to-use and straightforward interface, thanks to which I can easily access a range of interactive courses that are both engaging and culturally relevant. The platform makes it easy for us as consumers to upload our content or create new content with the built-in authoring features. These features allow me to design blended learning experiences with microlearning at scale, while tracking team performance metrics - AI insights provide valuable data on employee engagement throughout their onboarding journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that MindTickle, with its limited functionality, can be unwieldy when it comes to integrating with existing LMSs or developing new systems. In addition, the platform's customer success team falls short of others in the market and needs a complete overhaul if users are to experience a successful onboarding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me save time and effort by providing comprehensive, independent training. It helps me to quickly understand the basics of various topics without having to spend valuable time on lengthy research or discussions with my colleagues.

User-Friendly Platform & Spectacular Professional Services

What do you like best about the product?
I've been partnering with MindTickle for 2+ years, and I'm a fan of the ease-to-use and clean format of the platform, but it is the 1. support from our primary point of contact (Vidula Ingale), and 2. the speed in which our suggested system improvements are incorporated that are particularly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings for functions within Mindtickle, such as the Mission module, are not intuitive and required research & discussion with our Mindtickle primary point of contact before being able to dig in and utilize the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to limited resources (headcount, technical knowledge), our team must deliver much of our training initiatives/content to our sales team through self-paced eLearning. Mindtickle, and the support of our primary point of contact (Vidula Ingale) have enabled a clean, learner and manager-friendly environment for 1. salespeople to gain product and sales skill/competency training, 2. newly hired salespeople to receive an extensive onboarding experience, and 3. managers to evaluate the strengths and potential improvement areas of their team members though practice pitches, evaluations, and other activities.

Access to Mindtickle training resources in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Mindtickle's flawless technology as a training companion, and I'm grateful that it can be accessed through either work or personal email, so it works even when I'm out of the office and without a virtual private network (VPN). The gamification features are not only engaging, but provide a way to monitor my training progress in comparison to others using the software. It also makes it easy to track all past and future lessons, and there is an app that allows me to conduct business wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my company's current MindTickle solution offered mobile apps. It would be incredibly beneficial for me to have access to this training resource on my phone instead of my computer, so I can easily and conveniently fit learning opportunities into even the most jam-packed days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle provides me with a novel way to stay engaged while pursuing work-related training. The platform makes the often boring activities more enjoyable, giving them new life and meaning, which benefits my professional development in many ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Mindticke to get trained in my sales field in my new company. Mindtickle makes my learning journey very easy and exciting. It also helps me in analysing my conceptual understanding on my learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, everything in all the sales processes, product details, and sales hygiene policies is trained for me through this LMS tool only. I also do the assessments to evaluate my knowledge on the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Mindtickle is able to quickly become an integral part of my sales toolkit. Through it's easy to use API, it integrates with other in-house applications and provides accurate insight into the sales team's performance, allowing me to track their progress more accurately than ever before. With pre-built training modules readily available, users can quickly find what they need without being overwhelmed by a complex interface or navigation system. It's one of the most effective sales enablement techniques I've come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Mindtickle does not automatically save incomplete training or education modules and pick up where you left off. This would be incredibly useful as it could help avoid unnecessary repetition of topics already learned. Also, this feature should be the default setting for any module created with Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps me save time and increase my knowledge. With its easy-to-use search function, I can quickly find the most relevant pause in conversations so that I'm always prepared for sales calls or presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle gives me the sense of being in control of my own experience. With the easy-to-use interface, you can modify, record, and playback recordings with the option to save multiple versions for later use. The sound and video quality are both excellent, allowing for quick response times when reviewing feedback or making changes immediately. Also, logging into the platform has never been an issue, so I can quickly get started on the tasks without any hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe automation would greatly improve our onboarding and badge programs. Instead of manually adding new users to a learning series every week, we should create an automated schedule that automatically adds them after a specified amount of time or after they have successfully completed a course or training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle makes it easier for me to manage my training initiatives. By streamlining and centralizing certification processes, I can easily distribute content with greater effectiveness and quickly analyze user analytics to determine the effectiveness of each program.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the cutting-edge innovation of Mindtikle's technology and features. It sets itself apart from other systems on the market by providing a comprehensive framework for sales training and support. The missions, coaching sessions and modules are very effective in improving the skills of each representative. Everyone has the opportunity to learn, develop their knowledge base or receive constructive criticism, whether or not an external supervisor is involved. It also makes the transfer of indigenous expertise extremely easy through its platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the fact that Mindikle imposed a time limit on each course. After completing one of the courses, I had to go back after an hour and finish the rest of the week before it expired, which seemed unnecessary when I already knew what material needed to be covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me save time and builds my confidence. By giving me a simplified way to search through an internal training system, I can quickly find the materials I need that provide information on how to best handle tricky customer service issues with ease.
