Mindtickle is tool of choice for LMS for my org , It helps with all learning needs and progress tracking.
Very easy to use and simplistic model

Ease of use. Everything is laid out in a very understandable way.

Too many clicks. It's a bit cumbersome clicking in and out of each module.

i don't like the way their question is been present at times, it is somehow confusing,

it helps me by giving explanatory videos on some topic related to work which i do not understand also i get to learn pratical examples from them.
It is nice platform to refresh you knowledge level.

A lot of things to say..It is a nice platform to learn new things, as I mentioned to refresh the knowledge level which increases your confidence and will make you perform well. I have completed too many modules and visits frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly speaking, I couldn't notice something that way. I have a small suggestion like arranging the pending modules separately from the completed modules will be more convenient for the users.

As a new person to the Airline Travel Industry, the courses offered by Mindtickle made me a Travel Assistant and now I am promoted to the Business Class segment within 6 months of time. I was blank about this role, the support of mindtickle helped me a lot in this achievement
Understandable and Very Accessible.
What do you like best about the product?
I was really impressed on how good and accessible and understanding the modules are. I was able to check my learning progress easily. It was a great experience at Mindtickle and still is.

Nothing much just that after every test do let us know where we went wrong.
