Customize the Mindtickle platform to increase efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Mindtickle has been nothing but positive, thanks to its intuitive design and customer-focused approach. The platform's versatility allows me to deliver effective learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of my team; I can easily manage training sessions and assignments, and track individual progress for deeper insights into employee development. In addition, the helpful support staff provided quick troubleshooting when needed - leaving a lasting impression of customer satisfaction that continually validates our decision to use Mindtickle for sales support.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only reservation about MindTickle is that there could be more variety in the way material is presented and tested in our own modules. While this may be due to the limitations of our internal resources, I feel that using other methods, such as simulations or other interactive activities, would help engage learners even more than what is currently available in MindTickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me build my conversational skills. With the ability to create exercise scenarios, I can go beyond passively absorbing information - I can actively practice conversations and demonstrate newly acquired skills.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle has been an essential tool for enhancing our sales training program. Its microlearning modules allow for quick and effective knowledge absorption, while the role-play feature helps our team practice real-life scenarios. The platform also offers valuable insights through coaching and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. CRM integration makes it a seamless addition to our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Mindtickle takes a while to set up and get started. The user interface could also be easier to use. Sometimes, there are technical problems and slow loading times that can be annoying during training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has significantly improved our sales training and onboarding process, leading to increased productivity and revenue. The platform's engaging approach to learning has resulted in higher knowledge retention and a more confident sales team. The analytics and reporting capabilities have allowed us to identify and address weaknesses, ultimately enhancing our overall sales performance

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is an awesome method to acquire knowledge without experiencing any tediousness. The system decomposes information into smaller units and employs visually appealing graphics and up-to-date content to facilitate knowledge retention. The videos are concise and engaging, and the quizzes provide valuable information. Additionally, I can revisit and review any topics that require further clarification. If you want to enhance your knowledge, Mindtickle is the optimal choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mindtickle app's layout is the only aspect that causes me frustration. The system appears to be suboptimal and lacks optimal user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Mindtickle, knowledge sharing is now highly efficient. My uninteresting "brown bag" meetings have been transformed into exciting Mindtickle sessions. All users are excited to acquire knowledge through interactive IT methods rather than passive lectures. I also participate in the training activities conducted by other squadrons.

Sales e-learning and knowledge checks.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is my favorite platform for sales e-learning and staying up-to-date with company changes like new sales strategies. It enables me to take knowledge tests and pause and resume courses later, so I don't have to take them in one run. Besides, I think it's much more engaging to watch videos and listen to videos posted by colleagues instead of reading them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping track of all the courses I am enrolled in and their deadlines is challenging. I receive email reminders from MindTickle about courses that need to be completed, but it's difficult to find every course that has been assigned - that's why the platform should include tools for teamwork and accountability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helped me expand my knowledge in sales and marketing and stay up-to-date with changes. It's an excellent resource for learning new strategies and policies and storing learning materials or notes for future reference.

New approach to e-learning reduced number of in-person meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle has revolutionized my approach to educational resources. Previously, I had a negative opinion of online learning due to the interface's complexity. However, MindTickle's ability to present videos, written material, and quizzes in a pleasant and easy-to-digest format has changed my mind. We've been using MindTickle to onboard new employees and train and enable current ones. MindTickle's onboarding resources have allowed us to reduce the number of in-person training sessions and devote more time to our clients and day-to-day operations. We can now oversee the development of our onboard checklist and ensure that all new employees receive the same orientation and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating training materials on MindTickle requires more time than hosting a webinar or conducting a one-time training, but the investment is worthwhile in the long run. If you want your older workers who have "every time done it the same way" to be more open to new ideas, you may need to challenge their established ways of thinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've struggled to provide all staff members with equivalent training and enablement resources. We can only hope that those who are on vacation at the time of our in-person training watch the video when they return. Through MindTickle's quizzes and polls, we can monitor employee engagement and ensure that vital information is effectively communicated. We have reduced the face-to-face meetings required for current employees to conduct one-on-one training with new hires. We standardized the onboarding process and provided a positive first day for all new employees by publishing this information to MindTickle.

What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with MindTickle's focus on the user experience. Everything from the double-pacing feature to revisiting previously covered material gives users more control and flexibility when engaging with training content. The ability to quickly download presentation materials is also a big plus, especially for companies of all sizes who want access anytime, anywhere. Plus, each course has jokes that help keep it lighthearted throughout - who doesn't appreciate a little humour in an online learning portal? Best of all, your progress within courses is saved so you can pick up from wherever it suits you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Mindtickle could benefit from more organisational tools to help me and other users prioritise tasks. This way everyone can quickly see which projects need our attention first without having to manually sort through them one by one. It would also be very helpful for us to see how others are doing, so that we can learn best practices or which videos have received the highest ratings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting from Mindtickle by learning faster and more effectively. With the multiple modes of this software - video, audio and text - I can quickly gain a greater understanding of solutions than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and accessibility that MindTickle offers. The mobile-only feature makes it efficient to use as I can access the courses on my phone at any time without having to open a computer or laptop. Each module is detailed yet concise, making them easy to understand and quick to complete. They also indicate when you have completed each module, so there is no confusion about completion status - perfect for long-term recall! Furthermore, their lightweight nature also allows me more storage space on my device compared to some other eLearning tools out there, giving me room to store important data even after I have completed the courses via Mindtickle! Finally, the ability to upload photos/videos during various assignments has also proved useful - further enhancing the overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Mindtickle does not have a default option for unfinished training and education programmes. It would be useful if the platform automatically saved your work, so that you could easily pick up where you left off without having to remember every detail of what you had previously completed or attempted. I believe this improvement, among others, will make Mindtickle easier to use overall for users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using MindTickle, I am able to create personalised training plans and policies that meet the needs of my company's specific culture. This will help us to streamline our sales processes and promote knowledge retention for everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create and manage multiple Learning Series.
To use the same modules across multiple Series (when the need presents itself)
Ability to track learner's progress in real-time and also to export as a .csv
Automations built-in to handle of simple and redundant activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Particularly. The ability to use preset widgets instead of CSS to customise the UI of the Pages would be a good feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to train thousands of learners in their preferred time zones.
These learners can be in any stage of their enablement journey and Mindtickle allows me to automate their pathways using the in-built automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm most impressed by the range of options Mindtickle offers for customising training. With variations in modules, assignments and different settings for quizzes and discussion boards, it can be tailored based on individual goals or interactions with a specific group. The simple tracking system helps me keep an eye on my team's progress while I assign more important tasks that they need to focus their energy on completing. All of these features allow us to create a dynamic learning environment that encourages employee engagement without sacrificing effectiveness at any step along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we are very happy with Mindtickle, but there is room for improvement. For example, some users have experienced delays in the loading process after logging into the software, and uploading videos can sometimes feel sluggish. Despite these minor issues, we feel that Mindtickle's customer support team have been fantastic throughout our experience and have helped us on a number of occasions when we've needed them.

MindTickle helps me stay informed and engaged in my learning. Through its search box, I can quickly find the information I need while taking part in extensive e-learning programmes.
