Maximise engagement with Mindtickle's user-friendly tools
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Mindtickle makes learning more efficient and convenient. Class materials are always organised and just a few clicks away, saving us all the hassle of having to search through piles of printed materials or folders on our computers. I also feel reassured knowing that my progress can be easily monitored after training, as there is the option of receiving an assessment at the end without much effort on either side. Ultimately, these features make it easier than ever for both trainers and trainees to get the job done in the shortest possible time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Mindtickle's synchronisation with Outlook extremely challenging and frustrating. It is difficult for me when my training sessions and booked meetings overlap, as it is very time consuming to keep track of these schedules. I can't tell if the problem is with our setup, with Microsoft, or even with Mindtickle itself, but it causes a lot of unnecessary stress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps me keep up to date with business trends, develop professional skills and knowledge and refresh existing knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate any new sales tool under my sales tool belt. This is great to make sharing info with prospects so easy and great way to help lead the sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to report. The only item I find sometimes is manually adding business logos if the system can't find it - no biggie cause Enable Us makes it easy to upload your own imagine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level of engagement with prospect - allows me to put in efforts to accounts that are more receptive to my information and also allows me to guide the sales process, and guide them to the finish line.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps keep interest in the product and solution after the intro meeting. EU helps transfer the excitement and vigor that my initial contact has to other stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how rigid the formatting is. It's great to be able to move content in headings around, but it'd be better if we could tweak the layout more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that after my initial presentation, things lose steam a little since email isn't usually condusive to translating the excitement that's present in the discovery call.

The fact that I can follow my prospects showing interest in our company.

I would like to see a different setup of the wlecome message. Too abstract now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Mindtickle allows me to track my progress and earn badges. Comparing my performance with my peers keeps me motivated and on track. Additionally, I really like how all my classes are listed at the top with the date and time I completed them, which makes it easy to review my past work. The folder structure and search tool make it easy to find the courses I'm looking for, and the due/overdue tab reminds me when deadlines are approaching. In addition, the estimated time to complete a module is extremely helpful in planning my time effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major objections to using MindTickle. A company can utilize it in a variety of different aspects because of its versatility, in addition to being extremely useful. Nevertheless, the way the platform is initially launched is one thing I would change. I feel that I am not maximising the opportunity and could use a more effective approach.

Mindtickle solves the problem of coordinating our team's schedules and makes it easier to agree on a convenient time.
A great learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the productivity found in Mindtickle as I'm able to track my progress and receive badges for completing modules. The ability to compare my scores with those of my peers gives me a competitive edge, while the fact that my completed courses are properly labelled on the home screen gives me an at-a-glance overview. My favourite feature has got to be how quickly users can locate specific courses using both the search bar and folder-based organisation, coupled with the presence of due/overdue tabs informing us of what needs to be completed - giving us ample time management opportunities, thanks also to general estimates telling you just how long it will take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited features of MindTickle, which makes it difficult for many companies to take advantage of its capabilities. I am also dissatisfied with the approach and leadership of the Customer Success team. As an alternative platform that would better suit the needs of the business, a content management system can be integrated or built into any learning management system to avoid the expensive licensing costs associated with MindTickle.

What do you like best about the product?
I find MindTickle's interface incredibly efficient and intuitive. In addition, the secure cloud storage ensures third parties cannot access or modify the information collected by unauthorised personnel. This gives me added confidence when sharing sensitive documents with colleagues around the world. Finally, we were most impressed by how easily Mindtickle integrates with existing platforms such as Salesforce and Slack, allowing users to automatically broadcast updates to multiple channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to navigate MindTickle for the courses that I must complete. It would be helpful if there was an easier way for me to see all my assigned tasks, manage critical deadlines, and access more collaborative features on the site. Also, the ability to receive email reminders of upcoming tasks would help me stay organised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of easily organising all my internal and external training resources. Mindtickle helps me to do this so that I can confidently prepare for any growth opportunities that come my way.

It is a great way to make an impactful first impression on your customer!

Not much! It gets the job done. Internal UX can improve a little bit but are small things.
