Our training and certifications program with Mindtickle.
What do you like best about the product?
We created the training and certification program for our product using MT from scratch. The platform's user interface is intuitive, making it simple to use from the very beginning. Interoperability of MT with numerous file formats, including Articulate Rising, further streamlines the process. We have received numerous compliments from onboarded employees regarding the knowledge tests we have made available to them. The integration of MT into our asynchronous bootcamp is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor improvements that would be advantageous. Users should be able to copy a single topic from a course and paste it into another module, as this is currently only possible at the module level. In addition, each slide in a VOSS must be accompanied by an audio recording prior to being uploaded. It would be a significant improvement, however, to be able to disable VOs for specific slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required an LMS that could provide our Sales and Marketing teams with coaching and regular assessments to close any knowledge gaps and maintain a consistent level of quality for our clients. MindTickle has achieved the set objectives, and we intend to continue using it for as long as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability of Mindtickle to provide me with data-driven insights that are precisely and accurately tailored to how I am actually performing. Its tag analysis allows us to effectively understand how different components perform in real-world situations, helping us to identify areas where we can improve our skills and increase their value to clients. Having this information at my fingertips provides me with the invaluable feedback I need to develop myself, my team members, or even an entire organisation's position in the market - all from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest that our use of MindTickle could be improved by providing more varied formats for presenting and evaluating information. This could help us to make better use of our internal resources in addition to those provided by MindTickle. For example, we could use different video segments with corresponding quiz questions rather than a single long sequence.

MindTickle helps me to increase my understanding of production processes using researched methods to help customers.

Customise and use Mindtickle for optimal results
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the ease of use of Mindtickle. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, so I can easily record, adjust and replay until I get the result I want. What's more, it's really handy that when you log in to the internal tools platform, there are multiple copies available to store recordings alongside the high quality audio/video. In addition, with time-efficient systems such as Management Reviews & Feedback built into the system, it is also effortless to edit or modify a Mindtwitch if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the process of setting up and developing the MindTickle series and its associated modules to be time-consuming. Although customer However, I am determined to improve our communication regardless of the challenges we face along the way.

By eliminating the need to search multiple sources, Mindtickle makes it easy for me to access all my sales enablement content in one place.
Maximise engagement with Mindtickle's user-friendly tools
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Mindtickle makes learning more efficient and convenient. Class materials are always organised and just a few clicks away, saving us all the hassle of having to search through piles of printed materials or folders on our computers. I also feel reassured knowing that my progress can be easily monitored after training, as there is the option of receiving an assessment at the end without much effort on either side. Ultimately, these features make it easier than ever for both trainers and trainees to get the job done in the shortest possible time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Mindtickle's synchronisation with Outlook extremely challenging and frustrating. It is difficult for me when my training sessions and booked meetings overlap, as it is very time consuming to keep track of these schedules. I can't tell if the problem is with our setup, with Microsoft, or even with Mindtickle itself, but it causes a lot of unnecessary stress.

MindTickle helps me keep up to date with business trends, develop professional skills and knowledge and refresh existing knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate any new sales tool under my sales tool belt. This is great to make sharing info with prospects so easy and great way to help lead the sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to report. The only item I find sometimes is manually adding business logos if the system can't find it - no biggie cause Enable Us makes it easy to upload your own imagine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Level of engagement with prospect - allows me to put in efforts to accounts that are more receptive to my information and also allows me to guide the sales process, and guide them to the finish line.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps keep interest in the product and solution after the intro meeting. EU helps transfer the excitement and vigor that my initial contact has to other stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how rigid the formatting is. It's great to be able to move content in headings around, but it'd be better if we could tweak the layout more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that after my initial presentation, things lose steam a little since email isn't usually condusive to translating the excitement that's present in the discovery call.

I would like to see a different setup of the wlecome message. Too abstract now.
