Very useful tool for any outbound sales

What do you like best about the product?
It brings together all the information a prospect might need to see in one place and helps the buyer visualize what they are buying. The library feature allows you to upload data and so sending out new links becomes pretty easy. We also like the fact that the domain name on the link is customizable to our company's domain. This helps build brand. And lastly, their team responds super fast so customer service is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a little convoluted for a first time user, so there is a learning curve. But once you start using the platform regularly, that's no longer a hurdle. Documents with very high quality pictures sometimes take time to load. This can be worse on Mobile. Optimizing pdf size helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual storytelling is important in today's era of zoom-meetings. So instead of sending multiple emails with attachments, we can simply share one link and keep uploading documents, videos etc to make a visual story for the buyer.This essentially helps us build a so called digital brochure of sorts, while maintaining confidentiality.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the flexibility. It is welcome by prospects and customers and helps our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. If there's one challenging piece, it's the internal resources and effort it requires to bring it to be effective mostly around the transition and organization of content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content easily at scale and tracking engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create a Collaboration Suite for my prospects in 5 minutes. Its a great tool and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every edit requires a 'save changes', this is not effecient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable Us allows me to provide a 'one stop shop' for all content I want my prospects to have.

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is great because it keeps me organized and on track. It is a great tool that helps me remember what I need to do, when I need to do it, and how far along each project is. And reminders are life savers - no more forgetting important appointments or tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the way the interface looks or how hard it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle makes it easy for me to learn, understand, remember and use the skills I need. It also lowers the cost of training for our organization and gives us better ways to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of use to structure, track and personalize documents for customers in the course of a sales process. The insight into when and how often customers view data can also help to target the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, there are no major points that we do not like. enable.us is very eager to fulfill wishes and feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable.us enables us to pass on information to the customer in a structured way and thus to innovate the sales process. This is how we stand out from the competition

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Mindtickle for its accessible API and ability to integrate with various in-house tools, making it a reliable daily sales assistant. It is an extremely effective tool when used as part of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy; it provides insight into performance improvements based on measurable individual knowledge - all while being very user friendly once you learn how to use the software's capabilities. Since starting my journey with this platform, I have gained far greater insight into areas that need improvement through easily digestible data, allowing me to more effectively map out what works best within simple training initiatives".
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Mindtickle to be a great tool for streamlining and simplifying work. However, the one thing that can be quite inconvenient is having to re-watch the whole video if you skip even a few seconds in between - this can be particularly tedious with longer videos. Also, uploading can take some time due to occasional buffering problems along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Mindtickle to gain a deeper insight into the market and the products available, allowing me to sharpen my skills. This in turn increases both my knowledge of the company I work for and improves customer service through a better understanding of the customer.

Great Sales Room for prospecting and Sales Follow Up

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the ability to add all my collateral so that I can present them easily to my prospects. I also love how I can instantly see who visited the room or who it was forwarded to. Great for follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it would be good to have more customization options, but for the most part, the design is easy to use. Managing the rooms is also great and allows me to add or remove collateral as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable Us allows me to follow up with my prospects and benefits me greatly as I am organized and present my story in a way that impresses my prospects and clients.

Mindtickle: An amazing experience

What do you like best about the product?
I love Mindtickle because of its intuitive and user-friendly interface. There's no background noise, so I can easily concentrate on the tasks to be completed in each module. The navigation is also easy to understand and makes it clear which modules have been successfully completed and which have not. What makes the experience even better is that it runs perfectly on both web browser interfaces and desktop devices such as smartphones and tablets - giving me more freedom to move around when I'm doing my courses! On top of being able to seamlessly store all the relevant information now available with ease, using this application means there is plenty of extra space for other downloads & files - great news too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that Mindtickle generally works well; however, there are a few areas where it could be improved. Specifically, we've experienced long waiting times for authentication to gain access to the software, and lengthy upload times for participant films. While such issues can be frustrating at times, our overall experience was positive due to the capabilities and customer service support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has enabled me to better understand how to be a successful brand ambassador, sell my products more effectively and identify consumer needs and pain points to optimise my presentations.

Excellent Tool, Onboarding, and Support

What do you like best about the product?
Enable.us is easy to customize and easy to use in general. We moved from a similar tool that felt clunky and hard to navigate. Their onboarding and customer support has been excellent, they've been with us every step of the way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could edit the cover image on the sharing image with the link. I also wish there was an autosave or save as you go option on the page while editing a room rather than having to leave the room to save your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large amount of content that we can share about any given product offering. With enable.us we can narrow down the content that best suits the customer's needs based on a conversation with them, and only provide what is essential in an enable.us room. It helps us cut through the clutter and give the customer exactly ehat they nee to make a purchase decision.
