Great Sales Room for prospecting and Sales Follow Up
What do you like best about the product?
It provides the ability to add all my collateral so that I can present them easily to my prospects. I also love how I can instantly see who visited the room or who it was forwarded to. Great for follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it would be good to have more customization options, but for the most part, the design is easy to use. Managing the rooms is also great and allows me to add or remove collateral as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable Us allows me to follow up with my prospects and benefits me greatly as I am organized and present my story in a way that impresses my prospects and clients.
Mindtickle: An amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love Mindtickle because of its intuitive and user-friendly interface. There's no background noise, so I can easily concentrate on the tasks to be completed in each module. The navigation is also easy to understand and makes it clear which modules have been successfully completed and which have not. What makes the experience even better is that it runs perfectly on both web browser interfaces and desktop devices such as smartphones and tablets - giving me more freedom to move around when I'm doing my courses! On top of being able to seamlessly store all the relevant information now available with ease, using this application means there is plenty of extra space for other downloads & files - great news too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that Mindtickle generally works well; however, there are a few areas where it could be improved. Specifically, we've experienced long waiting times for authentication to gain access to the software, and lengthy upload times for participant films. While such issues can be frustrating at times, our overall experience was positive due to the capabilities and customer service support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has enabled me to better understand how to be a successful brand ambassador, sell my products more effectively and identify consumer needs and pain points to optimise my presentations.

The tools for gaming are very good to reinforce scientific knowledge

there are some usefull hints but only serve in english.

first, sales team has all the info needed in a unique plataform.
Excellent Tool, Onboarding, and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Enable.us is easy to customize and easy to use in general. We moved from a similar tool that felt clunky and hard to navigate. Their onboarding and customer support has been excellent, they've been with us every step of the way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could edit the cover image on the sharing image with the link. I also wish there was an autosave or save as you go option on the page while editing a room rather than having to leave the room to save your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large amount of content that we can share about any given product offering. With enable.us we can narrow down the content that best suits the customer's needs based on a conversation with them, and only provide what is essential in an enable.us room. It helps us cut through the clutter and give the customer exactly ehat they nee to make a purchase decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I have loved all the metrics that Enable provides. When my Account Executives ask for specific content, I have numbers to point to and say, "that type of content hasn't been viewed ONCE." We can help the marketing team prioritize their Enable efforts for the specific content valued by customers at that point in buyers' journey and not feel like we are shooting in the dark, hoping something we make resonates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform, from an admin perspective, isn't the most intuitive. Once you know, you know, and it isn't a big deal. But, when I first took over for our team, there was a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that it eliminates (or at least helps to mitigate) the email craziness. We can take time to curate what customer sees and include everyone at once. So rather than our Account Executives emailing massive amounts of content to multiple stakeholders and having multiple threads going for the same deal, everything can be consolidated in one place. I hope that we will empower our customer champions next year to add outside content they think would be valuable as they approach their decision-makers!
Great tool for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We really like how you can see the stats of the resource rooms. You can see where your customers are focusing their attention so you can tailor your efforts to where they are most productive. The clone feature has been excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to know which products our customers are most interested in. Allowing them to review information at their own pace. We can then target where they spend the most time based on stats.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, functionality to be able to drop and drag content into the digital room. Also, the library where content can be housed is very nice and the ability to have the analytics to see how it is being used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The right side of the page where there is the Welcome area seemed a little clunky. On my first created room, it seemed like the whole panel would not show at once and you would have to scroll all the way down and go back and forth between the top and bottom. I think this has been fixed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized place where information can be shared and sent to different decision makers and then guiding them through the sales process. Enable Us is benefiting by seeing how many times clients have clicked in a room and what pieces of collatoral are being used the most.

Once room is created it can be cloned for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to walk through all the save steps everytime something is updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limiting the amount of emails needing to be sent and tracked regarding marketing material/pricing.
The benefits of using Mindtickle for effective instruction
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Mindtickle complements my existing fitness routine without creating more pressure. Everyone gets excellent scores, and enjoyable learning experiences since collecting points and gaining knowledge is so straightforward! The trainer has complete control over course organization, topics covered, and evaluations - making it easier for all of us! Having a leaderboard at work also helps promote healthy competition among teammates, which can help identify better product ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need help finding the necessary information through Mindtickle. Moreover, the leaderboard feature of this platform is rather useless since there are no fundamental distinctions made between different users, as everybody receives an A, and arbitrary names appear at the top of the list. Hence, I would like a more effective way to organize my completed training modules instead of simply abandoning them altogether.

Using MindTickle, I have gained invaluable insights into my business. The platform's convenience allows me to organize training around my availability without leaving the office, making it essential to staying well-informed and productive.
