Mindtickle: Easy access to company materials and training
What do you like best about the product?
I love Mindtickle for its cutting-edge technology and innovative features. It offers an impressive array of tools to help salespeople with their training, coaching sessions, and skills mastery path. By using the Missions module alongside Coaching best practices, reps can refine their abilities while getting feedback from colleagues or managers. I also appreciate how natural it is for reps' knowledge sharing at workflows they regularly use in a way that enhances collective learning within teams - this makes skill development more accessible than ever before!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when Mindtickle has specific questions locked until a movie is viewed. Sometimes the query appears right near the end of the video, and if I miss them, then I have to watch all over again just for that one question - so far, this issue only seems to happen on my phone's app, which makes me think it could be an isolated mobile specific bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Mindtickle app is a tremendous asset for individuals looking to sharpen and expand their knowledge. Over the past six months, it has helped me improve my memory retention and advance in my career by providing access to critical resources at all times.
The best tool for sharing product info and more!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to edit rooms and add different information. Also the notifications when prospects view.
What do you dislike about the product?
When prospects never open the room because lack of urgency then never schedule the demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to put product information in one easy to view place for prospects to view on their own time. Less time spend on demos for uninterested buyers.

The layout could be slightly better/more engaging.

It gives me actionable data where I can better understand my next steps and my audience/what's important to them.
Great platform for our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform. It was easy to set up and maintain from an admin side. From sales perspective, this is one of the easier platforms for them to work with. It is also quick and easy to pull insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to dislike anything, it would be the UI. It is currently very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is currently our CMS; we are also using having sales utilize the platform to send our assets to prospects, customers, and partners.
Enterprise Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
The professional looking interface that enables a positive buying experience for C-Level executives. A huge change in dynamic compared to using a file sharing link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes selecting content from the content library can be confusing and has caused wasted time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a great buying experience for large buying committees that makes the us as a company look better and organized. The mutual action plan also far exceeds the old ways of putting one together on a spreadsheet.
Helpful team, useful tool for sales enablement
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Enable.us is super responsive and helpful. They really understand the product and what their customers are trying to do. I like that we can set permissions by individual resource and also by room. You can require an email to view certain resources, which allows us to track who is engaging with what content for follow-up purposes. You can also "assign" content in a room, which we've been able to use for onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the platform that aren't super intuitive and there aren't many support articles to help navigate. More articles on the basic functions would alleviate the need to reach out to our CSM every time we have a question. Some of the functionality still isn't there, such as limiting content by team (for example, if we wanted our Customer Success team to have access to a resource that we didn't want our Sales team to be able to share) and reporting. A lot more could be done on the reporting functionality to make it easier to look at the performance of individual pieces of content, rooms, etc. Right now, it's a lot of CSV exports that need to be collated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used Enable.us for both our Sales and Customer Success teams. On the sales side, we're able to pull together content specific to prospects (rather than attaching files to an email or pointing them to a success story library). We're able to track who visits that content and whether or not it's shared. That helps us understand what people are viewing & not viewing, so we can prioritize what types of content or case studies to produce. On the CS side, we use Enable to share resources that are customer-only. We've also used it for onboarding and for sharing information about product updates and upgrades.
Excellent learner and creator experience. Quite easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is it to create a course, questions, and support material. Plus al the follow up tools the platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training videos for admins. are a little boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can train all our salesforce remotely, with a strict protocol for evaluation and follow-up. We know in real-time who approves and who doesn't.
Useful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is an intuitive and handy platform for creating commercial training, tracking results and generating insights from sales pitches. It helps a lot to onboard new members and be a single link to seek training
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system could be improved and managing people from different countries in the same training can be complex due to different time zones. I believe that the settings could be copied/replicated from one training to another to gain agility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of who participates in training, the ability to evaluate commercial pitches through the "missions" that the system makes available and the generation of commercial knowledge, in general.
Best LMS tool I have used thus far
What do you like best about the product?
Love how MindTickle is consistently improving their product. I have used the tool at multiple different companies for a few years now, and always have great support from the CSM team and platform support. The out of the box templates for modules and series is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do have GREAT support articles online, however, I do wish they would have a little more detail or go into more advanced support content for different customer scenarios. Some of their help articles are out of date and need attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding sales reps, tracking analytics for completion, "Readiness Index" to identify how capable and ready the field is to do their job.
I also appreciate how there is an option to tie in business metrics to the readiness index. That's something we have yet to set up at our organization, but are really looking forward to getting it going!

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to quickly and efficiently share information with numerous prospective clients and current accounts in an organized manner. I especially like that I receive metrics on who is visiting the room, what areas they are attracted to, and how often. A great tool that can help quickly spread your message throughout an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am waiting for it to find a contact, I can't navigate off the window because it will cancel the search. Some navigation is difficult, like adding a new contact to a room. It would be nice to be able to store some introductory videoes to plug in rather than re-recording each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach more prospective clients with an organized library of information. The chat function allows them to communicate with me directly without having to navigate to their email account. I can track when they access the room and what materials they are attracted to.
