Complete, easy, fast
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use both on laptop and mobile and very nice UI

Sometime is slow and takes longer to complete training

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use really stands out. Also, the complete set of features including document ipload, video recording etc ensure a comprehensive and seamless experience. A well organized home page and menus also help.
What do you dislike about the product?
No obvious issue that comes to mind. Platform is top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped refresh and apply a lot of the concepts around sales effectiveness that has we were introduced to during training and enablement sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it highlights what trainings I need to take. It is very clear on the progress that I have made and where I need to pick back up. I like that if you don't finish a training, you can come back to it. It has many useful features that make is easy to use. I use it whenever I have trainings to complete. The customer support is great but never had to use it. And it is easy to implement and integrate into your Hr systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training questions are hard, but that is not Mindtickles fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with onboarding and understanding the company policies and procedures.
Mindtickle makes it simple, it aligns w different learning styles and also offers auditory options.
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly value this tool as it provides a centralized location for accessing our training library and enhancing my job performance. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the availability of audio sections for the training, as I find that I learn better through listening rather than viewing. However, I also value that the visual elements are straightforward and not overloaded with information.
