Mindtickle is very intuitive and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive Mindtickle is. I also appreciate the notifications. They're consolidated in a way so I know what needs to be done easily, even if there are multiple outstanding tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything in particular that I dislike about Mindtickle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is a nice, consolidated way to be on the same page as your colleagues about enablement

Best platform for skill enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our internal team to learn about the enhancements from time to time. Easy to assign and can update the manager regarding the status of the training session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not find much of a dislike so far when we talk about our usecase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can allow sessions to be assigned to user/group whilst enabling the enhancements across the team and giving the visibility to the manager regarding the status of the session to keep track of. It helps to update the team implementing a deadline to finish the task assigned.

nothing really. I find it easy to use. helpful and I learn a lot from the courses my company provides

Informative platform for staff and admin
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, a very informative platform that is amazing for both administrative tasks as well as our employees. It's nice that as an admin user you have your own tasks that help you understand the platform and better assit your employees. I've alos worked on the employee side of the platform and it is very easy and you can check in everyday to see where you can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tasks can be repeatative but overall I really like the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle helps me to see all my employees needed trainings all in one place. Overall, it shows user analytics and all that an administrator would need to know
Best interface and seamless Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We can search easily the learning courses review and feedback of our superior easy to use and simple interface any one can strat using from first day all courses is manged by folder

There some bug in the mobile application sometime it take little time to load a page

When i need some information and knowledge about my product I simply go on mindtickle and search that topic mindtickle application show me all the files related to the title it is very easy to use
there shpuld be reattempt required if anyone failed to give an assessment

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has multiple facets which can be used for various parts of user enablement. Between Asset Hub, Digital Sales Rooms, native content building features, and the constant innovation the Product Team is working on the new AI features. It simplifies the overall onboarding and enablement for enterprise level clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has some missing features which they are working on, the suggestions and features need to be more connected with other enterprise tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Digital assets (videos, PDFs, articles, ebooks, links, etc.) tagged as external-facing can easily be shared with customers by our executive leadership and field teams including Sales Development Representatives,Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.
The new AI features enable self-service for our teams.
Training missions make it easy for our field teams to record and upload video presentations to practice their skills.
The Mindtickle account and support teams have been very helpful as we onboarded and expanded our use of this platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle provides some built-in reporting, but I would like more reporting to help me identify and prioritize our best-performing content.
Like other content management systems, it requires time and effort to currate and track content requests, development, curation, and publication. It would be nice if Mindtickle included some project management features to simplify collaboration on content creation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners.
Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress.
Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials. It is a very robust platform, but well structured. It is designed to solve the needs of companies of any size. There is a lot that can be done within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider two areas of opportunity, but I understand they are being improved. The first: Have a simple platform to exploit progress and execution information.
The second, Enhancement: To maximize the benefits of the platform, it is essential to integrate a strong development and coaching methodology alongside it. Without proper guidance and implementation best practices, harnessing the full potential of the tool becomes a challenging task.

The tool has been very helpful in accompanying the Onboarding process. Fortunately, we have grown, and we have many new colleagues.
