Onboarding, training and studying company procedures.
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle allowed our new employees to quickly become familiar with the company's services, procedures, and policies, making it an excellent training tool. The app's layout is intuitive and simple to use. All of the lessons are simple to understand and visually appealing, so colleagues have no trouble grasping the information. It will be useful for staying on top of tasks and upcoming deadlines. One particularly novel feature is the inclusion of short quizzes at the end of each conceptual video to assess viewers' comprehension of the material.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to complain about. While taking tests or watching videos, the program may freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can quickly and easily become acquainted with the company's services and procedures by using Mindtickle. It informs us about the company's most recent offerings. Our sales and marketing staff can make changes to the structure and operation of the product. All of the resources are downloadable PDFs and video clips that we can keep for future reference.
Enable.us is essential not only for sales professionals but more importantly the buyers.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a customer focused tool. It takes away the hassle of sorting through emails for documents, brochures, videos, contracts, etc.
You are able to put it all in one place for the customer. It makes the buying experience one of a kind.

What do you dislike about the product?
The chat channel can be better. The ability to "@" someone is ideal. It will bring more adoption to the platform. Scheduling needs a calendy type integration. That's all I can think of for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's again is making it easier for my customers to understand who we are and have the convenience of having all collateral in one place. Imagine how vendors they speak to. How many of your buyers say: I will create folder and add you to it. It's a saturated market. Enable helps put it in one place.
It was a great experience to me, as I learned many things through this mindtickle.

Really it was good application for learners, this application is mainly useful to those who started their carriers as fresher, because really I experienced more from this application after the use.

Almost everything is fine, but need upgrade for all learning modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per my experience mindtickle is like book, because it provides offline modules to study irrespective usage of network, if I want to say anything more about this application, just it is like all in one book.

It is the most OK app for providing us with vital information for being current. However, it requires more recent data to be present. It also involves consideration of the latest studies.

Occasionally, a notice will not initially appear in the bell icon but will subsequently appear in the bell or message icon. Attempting to resolve the problem will be beneficial.

MindTickle is a sales training platform. It has features for onboarding, product training, coaching and ongoing performance checks that help our sales lead prepare their sales teams and partners.

admin access has interface laggs AS ALL REPORTS are not accessed on a live basis

What do you like best about the product?
It shortens the sales cycle by providing a central location for communication and learning for prospects. It is one of the best sales tools I've used in my 10 year career in SaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integrations could be a bit more powerful, especially on the CRM front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable makes communicating with prospects much easier. It also give you the ability to guide prospects through the buying process with mutual action plans.

It's an extremely flexible solution for collaborating with prospects. There is a ton of software for top of funnel, but Enable Us has given us insights further downfunnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's as intuitive as I can imagine it can be with templates and a library of resources, it's another tool that needs to be built up, trained on, and monitored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, it was very difficult to see what prospects were actually engaged in the buying process. Opens and Clicks don't cut it when it comes to proposals and enterprise sales cycles. Enable Us helps provide insight into who's engaging with what to know if we know all the stakeholders, who is looking at what piece of content/page of a PowerPoint, and for how long.

Mind tickle is not easy for new people compared to other platforms in the market. However, when you use this platform daily, you understand how to utilize all the functionality in the application. Otherwise, it is beneficial for the user. In addition, it helps the organization identify customer problems.

It's slightly difficult to navigate (when navigating through the backend console, between deal rooms, etc.) but certainly usable once you get the hang of it

It's helping me to easily share resources with prospects without having to manage many different email threads + makes it easy to find resources & content (via Enable's library, which our head of marketing manages)
