SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL
What do you like best about the product?
IT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND, I CAN ACCESS IT ANY TIME I WANT. I CAN LEARN ANYWHERE.

IT IS HELPING ME TO LEARN, AND TO REFRESH WHAT I HAVE LEARNED.
Capable, Agile, Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up content spaces for our customers, internal resources and partners. It takes but a few minutes to create an Enable room.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been a user for 9 months now and I have loved the engagement from the Enable team. If there is something we think could use a tweak or a new feature added they are always responsive and attentive to the requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating large, distributed content repositories into a single, secure space for our teams to collaborate, internally or externally.
Mindtickle learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
All modules which is best and new upgraded things are great for learning

There is no some problem in app or modules which will be uploaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle is solving problems which is beneficial for your efficient work
Using the Enable Us platform to better access, share, and measure content
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself has been super helpful in organizing and pushing our content out across the organization, and especially the sales team. But I'd have to say that the best part about working with Enable so far has been their customer support and how quickly and willingly the team has been available to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of the rooms/platform that still seem WIP, but Lynn and the other team members have always been very receptive to our suggestions. We've also seen a lot of the things we've brought up being actively added and reflected on Enable's roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content performance and organization. With Enable Us, we're able to better collect and analyze data on how well our content is doing, who's using it, and what they're using it for.
Outstanding Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Digital Sales Room tool has opened a distinctive new channel for communicating with our clients and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The integration with all of our collateral on Google Drive has been painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The non-integrated back and forth banter with clients via email now looks woefully outdated compared to how we're utilizing Enable Us now. This helps us stand out from the crowd and position ourselves as an innovative partner. Communication is everything and our customer experience and engagement with this tool have been stellar. It has also served as a curated resource for Customer Success that's utilized post-sale.

Maybe the insights could include the activity, most viewed and shared content of each room.

It has significantly improved the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform. Everything is easily organized and intuitive and quick to learn and adapt. I love the insights tab so that i can gauge whether the effort of putting rooms together is working for the deals or not. It's also allowed me to tailor the templates with a more efficient catalog and allows me to see what items our customers are viewing and what they are skipping.

What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to scale an image in the banner of the room. I understand the pixel requirement, but having the ability to scale down a larger photo to fit the box would be extremely beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company demos software to several people daily and we are only able to cover a small portion of what we can do. However, with the Enable rooms and the ease of sharing that content with users without logging in, we have a growing catalog of material I follow up with those customers with greater detail or additional material that we weren't able to cover during our conversations. It's been very beneficial to give that context and allow those customers to share with stakeholders within their company that may not have been able to attend and see the value of our product in greater detail.
Indispensable for a company that is new to institutional sales
What do you like best about the product?
Without Enable Us, it would be hard to keep track of all the emails and attachments we need to send to all the decision-makers involved in large institutional deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works as expected. One feature request I'd make is customizing the ending of a URL so that I don't have to hyperlink specific words in emails since the Enable URLs are quite long and don't always look "pretty" when pasted into emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and personalizing sales for institutional sales. As a new company in the space, I dont' even know how we'd do it without Enable Us. Being able to create rooms with personalized videos and content in minutes is making our team way more productive.
Excellent tool for sales enablement and training.
What do you like best about the product?
I've found that this tool allows everyone in the organization to easily access critical marketing and sales enablement information. This has really helped our teams to respond quickly to prospects with targeted information and to develop meaningful presentations with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've identified so far. It's quite well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much wasted time with teams not knowing what docs we have to address queries, where to find them, etc. This has saved so much time and made our teams more productive.
