What do you like best about the product?
the interface is user-friendly which allows easy access to all the relevant information and training. The best part is the readily available score update and review section for a better understanding of performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has to be aligned with ERP for better sync to provide updates as and when required. This will help in the on-time completion of courses and assignments.

Mindtikle is helping in organizing well-planned delivery of information and updates, This platform is very useful in arranging the required peace of knowledge and information for those who are in need.

It's a really simple and amazing interface for the user wherein any individual learn things without any extra support from the peers also he will get to know their mistakes and revise the things accordingly and if in case after completing the course you need any help on any topic you need not rely on someone help you can directly login and check the particular topic and solve your doubts.

There is nothing to dislike about the app its a really good application for learning purposes.

It solves all your new topics learning at your convenience and if in between you lost your network so you need not start with the beginning it will start from where you left off and is also really helpful in recap things.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Mindtickle is very straightforward and easy to use. A lot of videos are sorted by simple categories and subjects. All videos have their subtitles in English, so it makes it easy to understand what the speaker says
What do you dislike about the product?
English is my second language and the primary one is Korean in my case. However, our Mindtickle cannot provide other languages as subtitles yet. Of course, I knew English as well and can understand it, but if it can be supported in other languages, more colleagues will be satisfied.

Most helpful things are the stored ppt and videos that also helps in ongoing meetings. Also got to learn the basic product knowledge and overall sales skills and pitches.

Sometime few videos are less engaging which makes me bore and i leave that course in the middle.

For a new employee its very difficult to learn everything earlier in few days but mindtickle helps to get ready to go and start your working as early as possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I found only one thing which can be improved - The course needs to be updated as the product updates or added a current update once the candidate has finished access to the updated versions so that they can compare. The comparative study makes it easy to remember for beginners.
2. In the second attempt, we would want to skip the chapter again and directly go to answers as we will be remembering most of the mistake done in the previous ones.
