Smart and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge updation is quite good with the help of this app and when a new task is to be completed it show a notification on the notification bar, that's when I remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we complete a task on mindtickle it doesn't show completed rather it shows that the task is unfinished sometimes it happens in the application according to my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have some kind of difficulty in learning my brands and I want a revision of my previously done tasks the app allows me to go through that task and have a revision

Best platform for user data, learning analytics and performance correlation
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle tag analytics and readiness index allow me to run assessments and missions that allow me to assess multiple competencies and get granular data for each competency. Pretty much every other platform on the market would blur the performance data across multiple tags, meaning complex, real world assessments give minimal useful data on the different aspects of performance. Mindtickle allows us to draw learnings from real-world activities that help us identify knowledge and performance development opportunities, meaning our interaction with sales is highly relevant and therefore perceived as more valuable. The fact that I can then reflect this back at an individual, team, or company-wide level allows me to focus development in the highest priority areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is more complex than other LMS platforms, and requires someone to think about the overall impact and direction of training. If you are looking for something that is more of a training content library that people can just access at will, you will not be using the full functionality available. However, the trade-off is that you have the potential to get more out of the platform if you spend more time at the beginning designing your objectives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was data availability for managers. Our previous platform required managers to go in and build reports from scratch every time they wanted data, which of course they never did. Now we can build reports for managers and share specific data with them immediately, even allowing those reports to be accessed at any time from a shared report area. The result, even after such a short time, is managers are finally engaging with the learning platform, looking at their team's performance data, and sales leaders are identifying trends in knowledge that are highlighting key gaps in their sales processes.

Some courses in which there needs improvement on technical aspect like some videos and pictorial formats takes time to load and some times it is difficult to understand

Making app simplier and that makes it better and we are getting notifications of courses and pending reviews on corporate ids also so that it can be completed in time. There are various courses available at each and early individual in the organization. There are type of courses for extisting team members, new joiners and ever for area managers. There have been courses like practical based approach courses. Like the situation is been explained if videos format the profilling of the dr will be briefed and the person has to idefiny right answers from the given questions. Even for new joiners post his daily training the new joiners has to upload detailing video of situation or brand on the same day and his line manager has to review and update the positive and constructive feedback submitted by the new joiner. This helps the new team member to see his progress which helps him, trainer and his manager on which aspects he needs more focus and need to improve the same. Which will help him once he statrs his working which will help him to get better outcome. This type of training modules should be followed in every organisation s.So that every individual will be well verse with all the therapy and inclinic /on job working.
