The structure and ease of usage are top-notch. I appreciate the dedication to the learning and training materials and the ability to earn a certificate and download it for future reference. You can record audio and video, which is great if you're not satisfied with your performance- you can delete or redo recordings until you get them just right.

Even if I've completed all the content, the reporting does not always match up perfectly, and my completion rate is not 100 percent.
