What do you like best about the product?
Continuous assistance in expanding our knowledge We received assignments and examinations through this program, which helped us develop our understanding and tackle field-related challenges. I am so pleased with this application that I would suggest that all firms introduce it to their staff to expand their knowledge and abilities virtually. A quick session quiz to test our knowledge is simple to use. The application's best feature is that we may attend so many courses in one day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to hate about this software. We may fail to log in due to network troubles; however, this does not happen with a solid internet connection. It sometimes takes too long to reload the following questions.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy to use interface, where training participants can easily navigate through all available modules and can complete each module smoothly. It allows to track the participation of students and thus evaluate their performance within each learning module. It has video assistance, where participants can receive video assistance from the tutors in charge of their training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few cons we have seen of this software. Some participants complain that, when logging into the program, they cannot access it quickly. Also the uploading of videos uploaded by participants could be improved as it is a slow and cumbersome process. Everything else we have found very good about the software, in addition to its customer service team that has always helped us in all inconveniences.

We have been using this tool for some months now, in order to efficiently train our remote sales team and we have found it very simple and useful, as we can verify and follow their progress. It has a very easy to use evaluation and performance management, which allows us to evaluate the objectives that have been met. This software assures us that all our employees are trained and able to efficiently serve our clientele.

Nothing to dislike.but I would like to mention here some time it give issues of login and updation,many time it asked for updation and not only the perso only happened
