What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage and navigate on the tool, and also we can use it from anywhere, from pc or mobile via app. This helps a lot, because sometimes you have a day maximum to do the training and are not on the office, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I actually dislike anything on the tool, but some times I feel some contents disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool to learn, do the trainning from my work, etc. The benefit is we can access the tool from everywhere, from pc or app, and do the trainings at any place we are :)
Excellent learning
What do you like best about the product?
Love to learn many things and this is a best platform to connect all the dots. Especially peer learning happen in completing the modules assigned and send feedbacks
What do you dislike about the product?
Best I can say I don't see much negativity about this or the features. If possible if there are options where we can download the required videos to learn that will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the peer learning was missing and because of this we are able to fill the gaps and many engagement activities can happen without any problem and can great feedbacks ontime
Mindtickle - Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The gamification of the learning process was extremely finding and well thought out. I liked being about to use the app to complete the training and seeing how I was progressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to answer questions without having a submit button was sometimes frustrating as I would hit the wrong answer accidentally and the question was marked instantly. A submit button would help resolve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to use what was learned and use it in the daily job and be able to have more insightful conversations with customers and partners. This has increased my interactions internal and external colleagues

Just have fun with Midtickle, it can be extremely informative.
Its a good tool for various training and information sharing.

The module training is really helpful and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos always start loud which is jarring at first but you get used to turning the volume to half to watch them comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is training on new program updates which is helpful and lets me learn about new additions to the program that I work in.
Navigating Mindtickle is complex
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we get bespoke training. Learning path can be tailored to my needs. The tool can be interactive and quizz can be added to enrich the experience. It provides a lot of flexibility for the learning and development team on how to best leverage the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is complex to navigate. I usually have to ask my manager to know which training I need to do. There is a section where you can see what to do next but for some reason, it is always hard to know if this is the latest one or not.

Mindtickle helps us bring everyone up to speed on product innovation. We get quarterly programs mixing training on product, tools or even consultative selling skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to learning tools, adoption is one the most important KPIs to consider. As a user, I found myself a bit disengaged as the UI lacks simplicity.

What do you like best about the product?
The content the flow and the platform having a very friendly look, feel and apppearance. I like the even distribution between video, q&a, theory, some challenges. MindTickle is definitely a leaders in this space on helping new recruits onboard with confidence,
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. it really works well. i would maybe add 1 comment that we can add some end of week community quiz to create a social platform to learn more. Together

how to sell my brand, to understand pain, value, challenges, to pitch better, to become an ambassador of my brand. Mindtickle helps me get this right. I feel alot of confident after spending qualiy time on mindtickle

All the task which is assigned to us will be able to see in one go which is completed and which is not, mindtickle can be use via mobile app which is very nice because times we are not able to access laptop to check the assign project and task

The demo task which is assigned to us can not be able to give it on mobile app which i think is very important because we as a sales team are busy in travelling.

Organization will assign some product related tutorial on mindtickle so that we can get the proper knowledge about the product, we can access same task many a times which is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the gamification aspect, earning points and chess figures for the learning progress, what's also good is the ease and speed of searching learning modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of clear sequence and relationships between training modules within a course/series. Although training courses within a series can be grouped, when there are a lot of courses, it can be unclear which courses should be taken first, which next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onboarding of new hires, periodic (e.g. quarterly) updates in knowledge around specific areas like products, processes. Submitting recordings from scheduled meetings as curated e-learning content.
